The Action Research Of The Physical Education Teachers' Lesson Study In Colleges And Universities

The successful convening of the 19 th people's Congress from October 18 to 24,2017 marks a new era for China's socialist society and a new journey from then on.The state attaches more and more importance to the development of the teacher industry.Due to the change of the main social contradictions in our country,the people strongly need fair and high-quality education.General secretary Xi Jinping emphasized nine "adherence" at the national education conference,insisting on building the contingent of teachers as a basic task and serving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as an important mission of education.Entering the new journey,facing the new situation,new tasks and new requirements,the construction of teachers' team has not been fully adapted,some teachers' professional ability and professional quality are difficult to become the talents needed in the new era,and the professional ability and professional level need to be further improved.At the same time,physical education teachers in Colleges and universities are faced with such problems as difficult to organize,difficult to manage and control,difficult to innovate,difficult to break through and so on.In addition,the physical health of college students has always been concerned by the public.In recent years,it has become worse and worse.As the main force of the builders and successors of the socialist society,college students are the main way to deliver high-quality talents to the society.The comprehensive quality and professional ability of college teachers have the most direct impact on the cultivation of talents.Professional PE teachers,high-quality PE class and high-efficiency learning content are important factors to realize the basic task of healthy China.Based on the practical problems in teaching practice,we should enrich teachers' theoretical knowledge and build a research community at the same time,realize the integration of "production,learning and research",strengthen the cooperative learning among colleagues,keep close contact with colleagues,improve the teaching and research atmosphere,improve the teaching knowledge of different levels of teachers,meet the needs of different levels of teachers,and improve the quality of physical education classroom teaching High learning efficiency of students helps to establish a good relationship between teachers and students,creates good conditions for teachers and students in normal colleges to improve themselves,and promotes teachers to change from experience oriented to reflective and expert oriented,and promotes teachers' professional growth at different levels.Methods: on the basis of consulting a large number of documents,this paper focuses on the use of action research method,through the training platform of lesson study,to carry out physical education teachers' training activities.A study group was set up to randomly select a university as the survey object.Based on the actual situation of the physical education process,the theme of the study was determined,and the study activities were carried out.Through the comparative analysis before and after the implementation,the quality of the physical education classroom,and the learning efficiency of students was verified.Conclusion: 1.The case study provides a good development way for College PE teachers to improve their professional level,and promotes the unity of theory and practice of interns and new teachers.2.Lesson study can effectively strengthen the relationship between colleagues of physical education teachers and establish a good relationship between teachers and students.3.Case study can improve the participation,enthusiasm and initiative of college students,improve the teaching atmosphere and improve the teaching quality.4.The organizational model of "three courses and two reflections" in the course study can effectively solve the teaching problems of physical education.5.Lesson study enriches the form of teacher training,breaks through the limitation of training time and number,and provides a study mode for university teachers to carry out scientific research activities,which has a positive and universal significance.Suggestions: 1.Colleges and universities should actively promote the training form of lesson study,so that the lesson study can be converted into regular training content.2.Colleges and universities provide more administrative support for PE Teachers' study.3.Lesson study is an effective way to promote the professional development of physical education teachers in Colleges and universities.
