Research On The Humanistic Care Of College Students' Ideological And Political Education In The Era Of Micro Media

Humanistic care emphasizes people-oriented,focusing on the survival and development of life,and on the understanding,respect and care of people.ldeological and political education is a practical activity to educate,train and develop people,which is internally consistent with humanistic care.The micro era is a new era proposition,which provides a new opportunity for the humanistic care of Ideological and political education of college students.The new content of the micro era can attract college students more,the new carrier of the micro era can be closer to college students,and the new words of the micro era can infect students more.General secretary XiJinping stressed that "only by focusing on the fundamental task of training socialist builders and successors can colleges and universities do well".Therefore,based on the background of micro era,we should explore the realization path of humanistic care in Ideological and political education of college students,so as to improve the effectiveness of humanistic care and promote the development of all round freedom of college students.This paper consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status,research methods,innovations and shortcomings of this topic.The second part is theoretical research.Starting from the characteristics of the micro era,it expounds the theoretical basis,connotation and practical basis of humanistic care in Ideological and political education,which provides a logical starting point for the research of this paper.The third part is the impact analysis,which analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the micro era for the humanistic care of Ideological and political education of college students.From the perspective of opportunities,the use of micro media broadens the carrier of humanistic care,the dissemination of micro information enriches the content of humanistic care,the sharing of micro space improves the carrier of humanistic care,and the flexibility of micro function updates the method of humanistic care.From the perspective of challenges,it puts forward new requirements for the traditional ideological and political education mode,impacts on the correct value orientation of college students,challenges the dominance of educators,and the complexity of micro environment weakens the effect of humanistic care.The fourth part is the countermeasure analysis,Mainly from the three aspects of education environment,education carrier and education team,this paper expounds the realization path of humanistic care in the ideological and political education of college students in the micro era,so as to further improve the timeliness,pertinence and effectiveness of humanistic care.
