| Research purpose: running has always been deeply received by people from all walks of life,and with the continuous improvement of running level in daily practice,runners have higher and higher requirements for clothing equipment,but their choice of these equipment is more based on experience.The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively explain the different feelings of tight fitting and loose fitting sportswear on human body during running in theory,so as to provide technical service support for runners,and further explore the influence of compression of tight fitting sportswear on muscle daily activities,so as to enrich and effectively expand the current physiological function evaluation and sports monitoring of tight fitting sportswear,and to wear tight fitting sportswear for athletes In all kinds of fitness,training,competition and other sports practice,the importance and application of research to provide a scientific theoretical basis.Research methods: This study selected 14 undergraduate athletes majoring in sports training from the school of physical education,Zhongbei University of Shanxi Province as subjects,including 7 male and 7 female.The sports shoes are provided by new Bailun company.The tights of a famous brand are selected as the test tights.At the same time,the loose sportswear is used as the test contrast.Each subject completed the test of two speeds(9km / h,12 km / h)on the running platform.Using vicon infrared camera capture system,noraxon surface EMG signal analysis system,JVC high-speed camera system synchronously collects the EMG signal intensity of each major muscle group,integral EMG,average EMG amplitude signal(gluteus medius: GM,rectus femoris: RF,biceps femoris: BF,gastrocnemius lateral: LG,deltoid posterior: PD,biceps brachii: BB)and data analysis software such as SPSS The data are processed and analyzed.The results are as follows:(1)under the condition of tights,the muscle activation of biceps femoris,rectus femoris and gluteus medius increased obviously,the change of gastrocnemius was not obvious,and the muscle activity of posterior deltoid and biceps brachii decreased slightly.(2)Under the condition of tights,the EMG signal parameters of the three tested muscles increased slightly compared with those of the normal sportswear at the running speed of 9km / h.At the same running speed of 12 km / h,the EMG signal parameters of the same six tested muscles increased significantly compared with those of the normal sportswear.Main conclusion: tight clothing has influence on muscle function in running,especially on lower limb muscle.The increase of compression pressure of lower limbs can effectively improve muscle efficiency and prevent exercise fatigue during running. |
