With the rapid development of social economy and the comprehensive application of intelligent science and technology,various advanced management ideas and scientific theories have been poured into China,which has promoted the rapid improvement of Chinese society and living standards.Against this background,the seven s of field management theory under the discipline of industrial engineering is also widely used in the production and manufacturing system of domestic enterprises,which is a widely proved scientific method to effectively solve the problems of field management,reduce the cost of enterprises,reduce waste and improve production efficiency.At present,the canteen in domestic colleges and universities in the field staff,canteen environment,operating equipment,materials and system methods and other aspects of production and processing waste,production and dining environment quality is not up to standard,canteen staff labor production efficiency is low and a series of on-site management problems.How to effectively use 7 s of on-site management to the canteen management system,solve the problem of on-site management of college canteen and make the canteen gradually develop into a new modern college canteen with food safety and hygiene,clean and tidy dining environment,thoughtful staff comprehensive service and good experience of teachers and students is the key problem in this paper.This paper takes the canteen of Zhongbei University as the research object,uses 5 w1h? man-machine material method ring and fish bone map analysis method,divides the canteen field management into five sections: staff,environment,equipment,material and method specification.Based on the above sections,this paper analyzes the specific problems existing in the 7 s field management of Zhongbei University canteen.Establish the evaluation system of site management optimization effect of university canteen,scientifically,objectively and comprehensively evaluate the implementation effect of 7 s site management in the canteen management of central north university from five aspects :7 s the application of site management,the optimization effect of site equipment,staff accomplishment and technological process in canteen site management is in "have" and "good" state,and the optimization effect of teacher-student service and cultural propaganda,material saving is in "qualified" state.In the following system optimization,it is necessary to strengthen the organization culture propaganda of canteen,improve the service quality of staff and save the use of materials.After studying this paper,we can draw the following conclusions :7 s the on-site management method is effective in the management of canteen,which can improve the environmental quality of canteen production,storage and dining service and the production efficiency of canteen staff,continuously reduce the waste behavior of canteen food production and processing,get rid of mess of canteen environment,improve the service level of canteen staff and so on.
