Morality is the eternal theme of mankind,and strengthening moral education has always been an important aspect of China's educational development.The moral development level of college students is related to the overall quality of the Chinese nation and the process of building a socialist harmonious society in China.It is always important to pay attention to the development trend of college students 'moral education and to optimize college students' moral education.At present,the development of college students' moral education has deviated from its focus,and the problems of moral alienation and inefficiency have arisen.To solve these problems,system norms and guarantees are indispensable.How to connect college students 'moral education with institutional ethics,in view of the system ethics seeking the inherent value and educational connotation of moral education,solving the existing problems of college students' moral education,exploring the development path of college students 'moral education,has become the new mission of college students' moral education research.This research uses the perspective of institutional ethics to examine the current status of college students' moral cultivation education from the perspective of implementing the fundamental mission of establishing morals in colleges and universities,and analyzes the current shortage of institutional ethics and excessive supply of institutional ethics in college students' moral cultivation education.Dilemma,and attribution analysis was carried out from the three dimensions of subjective ethics,procedural ethics and substantive ethics,and then the development path of college students' moral cultivation education under the perspective of institutional ethics was proposed.The thesis consists of five chapters that are interconnected and progressive.The first chapter is to clarify the related concepts of institutional ethics,cultivation education,and college students' moral cultivation education,and to examine relevant literature materials on college students' moral cultivation education from the perspective of institutional ethics.Good development draws theoretical resources and inspiration.The second chapter explores the inherent logical purpose of institutional ethics for the necessity of college students' moral education,with the basic characteristics of institutional ethics of ‘integrity value',‘integrity',‘integrity' and their manifestation,clarifying the necessary view of institutional ethics should have its meaning in the moral education of college students.From institutional perspective,the third chapter analyzes survival status and practical representation of college students' moral cultivation education qualitatively through interview research method.Therefore,it reveals the shortcomings of institutional ethical arrangement during the process of college students' moral cultivation education: insufficient supply and excessive supply of institutional ethics.Combined with the connotation of institutional ethics,the fourth chapter examines the current college student morality from the perspective of subjective ethics,substantive ethics and procedural ethics.From the three dimensions above,it focus on the arrangement of institutional ethics defects in the current college students moral cultivation education.And it clarifies the causes of college students' moral cultivating education development from the perspective of institutional ethics,that is,insufficient democratic participation in subject ethics,insufficient institutional arrangements in substantive ethics,and insufficient implementation of procedures in ethical procedures.The fifth chapter discusses the development path of college students' moral cultivation education from the perspective of institutional ethics,and explores the practical path to the good development of college students' moral cultivation education through three dimensions of subjective ethics: substantive ethics and procedural ethics,namely the realization of institutions ethical humanistic care,cultivating ethical people with ethical system,and constructing ethical institutional life.
