Teenagers are in the golden age of personality formation and development,but under the influence of learning pressure,family environment and so on,teenagers are prone to psychological problems in all aspects,and social anxiety is one of them.The State Council put forward the strategic plan of "healthy China" in 2016 in order to further promote the prosperity,strength of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation.Teenagers are the hope of the country and the future of the nation.In order to promote the all-round development of teenagers,they should not only be confined to the level of physical health,but also pay attention to their mental health.In view of this,this study takes football teaching and training as a means,focusing on the physical and mental coordinated development of young people,through the reasonable design of curriculum content.The purpose of this study is to help teenagers reduce social anxiety,overcome social fear,treat others correctly,so as to improve their interpersonal communication ability and mental health.According to the current research situation in our country,there is a lack of research on the intervention of sports on teenagers' social anxiety,while the related research on football as the starting point is even weaker,and there is a lack of research object,intervention method and experimental scheme.In this paper,the methods of literature,questionnaire and experiment were used to study the influence of football teaching and training on the social anxiety of teenagers by designing the teaching scheme of football training by using the SASC Children's Social anxiety Test scale.The social anxiety of the group that passes the football training teaching experiment The condition of the control group was better than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in the dimension of "fear negative evaluation" and the total score of social anxiety evaluation.There was significant difference between the pre-test and post-test data of the total score of social anxiety in the experimental group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the pre-test and post-test data in the control group(P > 0.05).It was concluded that football training teaching could effectively improve the social anxiety of adolescents.It was considered that football training teaching was a simple and effective means to eliminate adolescents' social anxiety,which was beneficial to the elimination ofteenagers' bad mood.In view of this,this study puts forward the following three aspects of suggestions:1 ? We should actively construct and perfect the football physical education class,consciously improve the psychological quality of the students with social anxiety through diversified teaching means and curriculum,and improve the psychological quality of the students through the football physical education class.2 ? Giving full play to the driving role of football teachers,infecting students with teachers' emotions,actively organizing interesting,cooperative and entertaining collective football activities,so that students can release negative emotions and improve their self-confidence in football.3?Combining football curriculum construction with mental health education organically,integrating scientific psychological training methods into football teaching,reducing the blindness of football teaching practice,so as to realize the purpose of cultivating body,nurturing mind and educating people.
