| Road bikes are periodic movements dominated by physical energy and are highly representative in endurance projects. In recent years, road cycling has developed rapidly among the amateur masses. There are hundreds of road cycling events at various levels, including the first class players, professionals and amateurs, which are held all over the country every year. The increasing number of road cycling events is driving the overall improvement of the amateur road cycling competition in China. In road cycling, the athletic ability of the players is mainly composed of stamina, mental skills and tactics.Especially in the high-level players, the game is not limited to physical fitness, but to a greater extent, psychological and tactical. Therefore,in order to tap the players'physical potential and achieve excellent results, road bikers must have the most basic physical conditions, but also have excellent mental skills and tactical ability.Among them, the state of anxiety is a link that cannot be ignored. The main purpose of this study is to compare the level of competition state anxiety of road cyclists in different states,to explore the intrinsic relationship between the athletes' state anxiety and their potential, and to develop the potential of the physique dominated event-group's athletes represented by road cycling. In this paper,we use the literature method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and other research methods.Using R.Martens's Competition State Anxiety Scale(CSAI-2 scale),the 396 person-times of the extraordinary players, normal players and abnormal players in the road cycling competition were collected and analysis. The research shows:(1)The state of the road bike players who are dominated by physical fitness have significant differences in the three conditions of extraordinary, normal and abnormal.(2)There are significant differences in cognitive state anxiety and physical state anxiety among players with different levels of extraordinary performance.(3)The feelings of the players' extraordinary performance in the past competitions will be retained over time, but the time will weaken the players' recognition of their state self-confidence.(4)Under the extraordinary performance conditions, the players with shorter competition years have higher physical state anxiety and lower state self-confidence,the lower sport ability level players' physical state anxiety is significantly higher and the state self-confidence is relatively lower. In the case of abnormal performance, the self-confidence of male players is significantly higher than that of female players. The cognitive state anxiety and physical state anxiety of players with shorter competition years are relatively higher.(5)There is a significant correlation between the athlete's state of anxiety and the state of play. The three dimensions of cognitive state anxiety, physical state anxiety and state self-confidence interact with each other and show moderate correlation. The cognitive state anxiety and sport ability level of the players have a significant impact on the performance. The conclusions are as follows:(1)The extraordinary performance players who are more able to exert their potential have lower cognitive state anxiety, physical state anxiety and higher state self-confidence.(2)In the extraordinary performance situation, the cognitive state anxiety and the physical state anxiety are higher in a certain range, and the potential exerts a higher degree.(3)The player's memory of the performance in the past competition is still fresh, but the time will drive the player's state self-confidence to be underestimated to a certain extent, and the part of the faded confidence may be the key to stimulating potential of the physique dominated event-group players(4)The athletes of different genders, sports levels and competition years have significant differences in the state of anxiety in the situation of extraordinary performance and abnormal performance.(5)The lower the cognitive state of the player, the higher sport ability level, and the better the performance, which is more conducive to the player's potential. |
