Research On The Current Operation Situation And Influencing Factors Of Key Basketball Schools

China has been carrying out reform and opening up for 40 years since 1978.During these 40 years,great achievements have been made in the development of competitive sports in China,and the popularity of basketball in China is also increasing.The Chinese men's basketball team won the eighth place in the Beijing Olympic Games,which further promoted the development of basketball.But the retirement of such great players as yao Ming led to a string of defeats at the London and Rio games.This situation indirectly reflects that China's youth amateur training system is not perfect,resulting in the number of competitive basketball reserve talent shortage and then the talent fault situation.Jiaozuo amateur basketball school(hereinafter referred to as "jiaozuo basketball school")is an individual basketball amateur sports school with high popularity in China.It has not only cultivated the players of CUBA,CUBS,CBA and other basketball leagues and even the national team,but also provided many excellent talents for other competitive sports.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the history,operation mechanism and operation status of jiaozuo basketball school,find out problems,sort out ideas,and analyze the problems existing in China's basketball reserve talent training system.It is hoped that this study can promote jiaozuo basketball school to carry out better training and competition,and provide some reference for other basketball schools or sports schools to train basketball reserve talents.The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the training of basketball reserve talents in Jiaozuo amateur basketball school,find out the problems,clarify the train of thought,and correctly grasp the sports training rules of basketball talent team.I hope this research can better carry out training and competition for Jiaozuo amateur basketball school,as well as other relevant Basketball Schools or sports schools' basketball reserve talents.The training work provides certain support and help.This paper takes the running status and influencing factors of Jiaozuo amateur basketball school as the research object,and takes the coaches and athletes of Jiaozuo amateur basketballschool as the research object,and designs relevant questionnaires for coaches and athletes respectively.The research methods include literature,questionnaire,field survey and mathematical statistics.The results show that jiaozuo basketball school has a long history and rich experience in running a school.In terms of operation mechanism,there are relatively sound and perfect rules and regulations.In terms of the current operation situation,the school's training facilities can basically meet the needs of students' training,but the medical facilities are simple and crude,which requires the school leaders to pay attention to and increase the investment in facilities.The number of school coaches is relatively small,and the structure of academic and professional titles is unbalanced.The students all like basketball very much,the coach training time and the plan arrangement are quite reasonable;Most of the coaches have bachelor's degree and junior professional title,and their overall coaching ability is strong.On the whole,jiaozuo basketball school runs well.The existing problems are as follows:the number of coaches is relatively small and the structure of academic and professional titles is unbalanced.Medical facilities construction is unsatisfactory;In addition,the school has a single source of funds and relies too much on fiscal appropriation.As a result,the proportion of social capital input is basically zero,resulting in a shortage of funds.Local government departments should increase the allocation of jiaozuo basketball school,and encourage it to broaden the sources of funds and actively attract social funds.Schools should actively cooperate with government departments,solve the problems existing in the operation of schools,and provide a good environment for the reserve talents of schools,so that their basketball skills and tactics can be greatly improved,so as to provide more excellent talents for basketball and other competitive sports in China.
