and middle schools in China in recent years,most of the school promotion leaders and front-line teachers have made great efforts and achieved certain results.However,through a survey of the current situation of the practice of the promotion and application of e-schoolbag,it is found that teachers' recognition of e-schoolbag is low,the integration of e-schoolbag and subject teaching application is difficult,and the e-schoolbag has insufficient high-quality digital education resources,which restricts the promotion of e-schoolbag in practice.Teachers are the subject of classroom implementation and the key to classroom practice,and the resistance of teachers is an important factor affecting and restricting the application and promotion of e-schoolbag classroom teaching,which ultimately determines the promotion degree of e-schoolbag.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the resistance of teachers in the process of promoting e-schoolbag,both for the development of e-schoolbag classroom application theory and for the healthy development of e-schoolbag.This study with a state-level poverty-stricken counties in Henan province is the application of electronic schoolbag in the classroom teaching application of junior high school as the research practice field,through field research,select the school 10 first-line teachers as the research object,has carried on the depth interview and depth of their classroom observation and thinking,from the perspective of front-line teachers,digging out the teacher impedance factors in the process of electronic schoolbag propulsion and using grounded theory construct the teacher impedance theory model,and then puts forward some Suggestions of abate,eliminate the teacher impedance and strategy,In order to electronic schoolbag development enterprises and electronic schoolbag application units to better promote the application of electronic schoolbag to provide reference.Comb through to the interview data coding inductive analysis,the four major aspects of theapplication of electronic schoolbag teacher resistance factor,respectively is: teachers for electronic schoolbag acceptance level(teacher identity,teacher expectations),the application of electronic schoolbag teaching readiness level(teachers' attitude,the idea of teachers,teachers' status,teachers information literacy),external promotion support level(the leadership of the support,the promotion of steps,student factors),technical environment support level(the physical environment,software environment,digital education resources factors).In view of the above four core categories,combined with the existing research,this paper analyzes the main categories and categories obtained by coding and their key citations,and expounds how it affects teachers' classroom teaching application in the promotion and application of e-schoolbag as a teacher impedance factor.Through qualitative research,the interview materials were sorted out,analyzed and summarized,and the acceptability level of teachers' resistance to electronic school bags was excavated.On the level of teachers' teaching readiness of using e-schoolbag,teachers' attitude is negative,teachers' concept is biased,teachers' condition is not good,and teachers' information literacy is not high.External promotion support:there are some factors such as the mismatch between leaders' support and teachers' needs,the "one-size-fits-all" school management and promotion strategy,students' poor habit of self-study,little training support,and single teaching application mode.Technical environment support: physical environment is not perfect,software environment is not friendly,quality digital education resources,and so on.At the same time,the importance degree of the 12 factors influencing the impedance of teachers,such as "teacher identification","teacher attitude","software environment factor" and "teacher information literacy",is identified and ranked,and the grounded theory is used to construct the theoretical model of teacher impedance in the process of the promotion and application of e-schoolbag.Finally,in view of the resistance of teachers in the process of the promotion and application of e-schoolbag,a vivid case of novice teachers and mature teachers overcoming the resistance is presented.According to current situation of electronic schoolbag applications to promote S middle school and teacher resistance,from the perspective of electronic schoolbag to promote innovation in combination with existing research technology acceptance
