The Research On The Development Of Idea-Logical And Political Education Of The New Era Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China.Since the eighteenth national congress of the Communist Party of China,our country has entered a new period,as well as the socialism with Chinese characteristics,forming the new age of Xi jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics,which fully affirms the achievement of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in the past,also provides a new theoretical perspective for the development of ideological and political education in higher vocational college.Higher vocational colleges should constantly adapt to the needs of the development of the new era,proceed from their own actual conditions,carry out reform and innovation,fully implement the new spirit of socialism with Chinese characteristics,integrate ideological and political education resources,focus on doing a good ideological and political education of students and teachers,and strive to improve the level of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the development of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges since the new era by studying the existing literature results,supplemented by questionnaires.The main body of the paper consists of four parts.The first part summarizes the concept,content and significance of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges from the concept and development of ideological and political education.The second part carries on the main content of the previous part and further introduces the effect and deficiency of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.The third part mainly analyzes the causes of the problems of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:society,schools and students.The fourth part expounds the measures to improve the effect of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.Based on the ideological and political education of 18th Party Congress,the paper made the systemic research on the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,analyzed the characteristics of the new age and its important value.In response to these problems,the paper puts forward the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges needs to strengthen and improve the aspects of school construction,ideological and political theory courses,campus culture construction,and ideological and political teacher teams to form a new era in structure of ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges.
