A Study On The Professional Ethics Construction Of Primary School Teachers In New Era

The report of the 19 th National Congress clearly points out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The general task of the new era is to realize socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Education is the basic project to realize the general task of the new era.If education is prosperous,the country will be prosperous.If education is strong,the country will be strong.Education is related to the future of the country and the future of the Chinese nation.Primary education is the foundation of compulsory education and an important stage for students to grow up.Primary school teachers are the leaders of primary education and play an important role in the whole education process.Therefore,strengthening the construction of professional ethics of primary school teachers in the new era and improving the comprehensive quality of primary school teachers are of great significance to the cultivation of socialist builders and successors with ideals,morality,culture and disci pline.This paper selects teachers,primary school students and parents of four primary schools in Hengyang City as the objects of investigation,through questionnaire and interview to understand the current situation of the construction of professional ethics of primary school teachers in the new era.It is found that most of the students and their parents give a high evaluation to the teachers' working attitude,sense of responsibility and teaching results,but there are also some outstanding problems.Under the background of the new era,the influence of market economy,network information diversification and bad ideology has led to some primary school teachers' low moral quality,unswerving professional ideals and beliefs,failure to form correct values,and failure to properly handle the relationship among value,reputation and interests.In order to build a high-quality primary school teachers' team with noble morality,fine style and excellent business,we need to coordinate the forces from all walks of life.Social support is an important guarantee,school cooperation is the core motivation,and the improvement of teachers' quality is the key factor.Only under the stimulation of external environment and the internalization of primary school teachers,the construction of primary school teachers' professional ethics in the new era can move to a new stage.
