Since the promulgation and implementation of “General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard 2017”(hereinafter referred to as “2017 Curriculum Standard”),the discussion on the concept of core literacy in chemistry has basically reached consensus.Since then,how to successfully implement the core literacy of the chemistry subject and the evaluation of effectiveness have become the focus and hotspot of the majority of educators.The comprehensive implementation of the core literacy of the chemistry subject is the fundamental guarantee for achieving the educational goal of“establishing virtue” Classroom teaching evaluation based on core literacy in chemistry is an effective means to test whether core literacy is effectively implemented.This article is based on “Curriculum Standards(2017)”,uses Delphi method to construct classroom teaching evaluation indicators,collect data with the help of “multiple interactive”classroom observation platform,evaluate the classroom teaching and make suggestions for improvement after system analysis.This article refers to the literature on the basis of interpreting the core literacy connotation of the chemistry subject in “Curriculum Standard 2017”,according to the specific ability performance of the core literacy of the chemistry discipline and the inherent characteristics of the chemistry curriculum,the evaluation indicators that should be observed in classroom teaching evaluation are proposed.After 4 rounds of modification and integration of Delphi method,The core literacy capabilities of 9chemical disciplines that have reached a high degree of consensus among the experts:recognition memory ability,general relevance ability,explanation and argumentation ability,analysis and interpretation ability,inference and prediction ability,simple design ability,complex reasoning ability,systematic inquiry ability,innovative thinking ability.Combining these 9 indicators with the core literacy academic quality evaluation standards in the “Curriculum Standard 2017”,a high school chemistry classroom observation evaluation form was developed,With the help of “multiple interactive” classroom observation platform,Conduct classroom observations and recorddata on 20 new high school chemistry classes in different provinces and cities selected by the “Chinese Educational Resources Public Service Platform”.After the end of the class,visually analyze the data obtained in the background,Obtain the specific performance level of students' core literacy in the chemistry learning process,and make a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of classroom teaching.The research results show that it is effective and feasible to use Delphi method,classroom observation method and mathematical analysis method to construct a classroom evaluation of the core literacy ability of students in chemistry,and it can also provide suggestions for improving students' core literacy:(1)Reconstruct the teaching design implementation plan of the chemistry subject based on the chemistry classroom that cultivates students' core qualities;(2)In the teaching process,actively organize a variety of comprehensive practical activities to improve practical ability and contribute to better classroom understanding;(3)Improve the classroom teaching evaluation system,and promote the overall level of core literacy in the chemistry discipline.
