Since China entered an aging society, the problem of the elderly has increasingly aroused the attention of the whole society. These elderly people are not only faced with a series of realistic difficulties, such as old-age care, medical care and empty nests, but also have a low self-efficacy.Life loses confidence and other mental health issues.Especially when older people face threats from illness and death, mental health has an important impact on their quality of life.Senior citizens with a high sense of self-efficacy believe in themselves and treat them with a positive attitude. There are deviations in self-recognition,denial of self-doubt,and negative emotions. Therefore,in order to help the elderly have a healthy and good old age,we must pay attention to the mental health of the elderly and use social work professional methods to solve the problem of low self-efficacy among the elderly. To help them improve their ability to overcome difficulties, enhance their self-confidence in the face of difficulties in their lives, believe in themselves, and deal with life in a rational and optimistic manner. In this study, the social worker selected the elderly H in the old-age care organization to serve as the target. The intervention targeted at the low level of self-efficacy of the elderly, and used the case work in social work to intervene to improve the self-efficacy of the owner.Correct self-awareness,active life.In the case work, the researchers first used the scale method to measure the level of self-efficacy of the owner of the case, and found that the owner of the problem, the researcher will be a quantitative analysis of the owner's self-efficacy,divided into the following Aspect:Life attitude,self-confidence,ability,willingness to change.Secondly, the interview method was used to collect the information of the case-holders,further evaluate the needs of the case-handlers,and present the performance of the case-holders with low self-efficacy from the personal and the environment. In view of the low self-efficacy situation of the client, the researcher will intervene through the mode of rational emotional therapy, and will use the theory of ABC personality and social cognition as the theoretical basis in the service process. When intervening in the case of the investigator, the researchers adopted methods such as encouragement, support, respect, clarification, empathy, and irrational belief refutation to help the client acquire rational knowledge, treat themselves correctly, and change bad moods. When you are frustrated and difficult, you can discover your potential and enhance your self-confidence.In the process of intervening in the circumstances surrounding the case, the researcher intervenes in the owner's family and pension facility to help the relationship between the owner and the child become more harmonious and to improve the interpersonal relationship of the case. The current life. After the end of the practical intervention, the researcher assessed the effectiveness of the service in multiple ways. The research found that through the professional intervention of social work, the owner's sense of self-efficacy has been improved, irrational cognition has decreased, and rational cognition has increased. Can actively participate in activities. At the end of the article, the researchers came to some conclusions and rethinked the content of the study. In the course of practical involvement with the case-handler,it has been found that the casework is effective in the services involved in enhancing the sense of self-efficacy of the elderly, and that improving the self-efficacy of the elderly requires personal and environmental considerations.Researchers also reflect on the methods of assessment, the role of social workers, social work ethics, and intervention patterns to discover the inadequacies of this research.
