| The 21 st century is a people-oriented era,with a century of planning and education.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the "Student-oriented and three-dimentional" teaching model has gradually entered people's field of vision.What exactly are the teaching effects of the "Student-oriented and three-dimentional" teaching model,and whether it can improve the quality of classroom teaching and other issues that have caused us Attention,with this,it is particularly important to study the classroom teaching evaluation of the "Student-oriented and three-dimentional" experiment.Traditional classroom teaching evaluation has problems such as a single evaluation subject,one-sided evaluation content,and simple evaluation methods.Therefore,a scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation scale suitable for the characteristics of "Student-oriented and three-dimentional" experiments is needed.Make value judgments in the teaching process,in order to make better use of the function of classroom teaching evaluation and improve the quality of classroom teaching.The full text is mainly divided into three parts to explain the evaluation of high school mathematics classroom teaching under the "Student-oriented and three-dimentional" experiment.First,the author analyzed the research background,domestic and foreign classroom teaching evaluation,research significance,and research methods through literature research.Drawing on the theory of multiple intelligences,constructivism,postmodernism,and the theory of "Student-oriented and three-dimentional",the teachers 'and students' behaviors in the classroom are taken as research objects,which lays a solid foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,this article focuses on the research of teaching evaluation scales suitable for "Student-oriented and three-dimentional" experiment.First,interviews and questionnaires were used to collect opinions from experts and high school mathematics teachers,and preliminary evaluation index standards were determined.Second,the classroom teaching evaluation scale was screened.Two questionnaire surveys of high school mathematics teachers were used to evaluate the evaluation indicators.The degree of importance is screened,analyzed,and improved,and two first-level indicators are finally determined,namely,teacher behavior and student behavior.There are 8 secondary indicators,that is,teaching objectives,teaching process,teaching content,teacher quality,teaching innovation,track-trial learning,inquiry cooperation,learning effects,and 29 tertiary indicators.Third,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the indicators,and the relative weight coefficients of the indicators at all levels are obtained,and a complete evaluation scale is finally formed.Finally,the implementation of the evaluation index system under the "Student-oriented fand three-dimentional" experiment.First,a qualitative and quantitative classroom evaluation method is used for preliminary verification of a class.Secondly,to further test the scientificity and operability of the classroom evaluation scale,the Kendall's harmony coefficient of the assessor's reliability is 0.74,which indicates that the evaluation scale has higher reliability.Third,the comparative research method is used to verify the practicability of the newly constructed teaching evaluation scale.Through comparison,we can see that the experimental class has greatly improved both the learning results,classroom performance,and teacher's teaching quality,so the new classroom teaching evaluation system can achieve the effect of improving classroom teaching quality.The "Student-oriented and three-dimentional" model is student-centered,and combines "trial learning on track","effective control guidance",and "organic culture" into teaching.The significance of the research in this thesis is to provide some feasible suggestions for the classroom teaching process,enhance the teacher's ability,and the overall development of students through related theoretical and practical research,and through the development of a more scientific and operable classroom assessment scale Guide future teaching work.Research on classroom teaching evaluation based on the concept of "Student-oriented and three-dimentional" is still a complex project,which needs to be continuously explored and improved in future practice. |
