| The basketball level of the United States is recognized as the highest level country in the world.Under such a high level,the level of the overlord of the American team has not been shaken after the replacement of the players again and again,which is closely related to their support for the training system of basketball reserve talents.It's not only the basketball level of the United States,but also the basketball powers such as Spain and Argentina,who have performed well on the world stage.They are also enduring,and the world ranking has been firmly in the forefront of the world.Through observation,it is not difficult to find that they all have a common feature that these countries attach great importance to the cultivation of reserve talents for basketball sports.Therefore,a strong basketball reserve force provides strong support for the development of basketball sports.In recent years,the competition results of Linyi basketball team have been showing a steady upward trend.This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,SWOT analysis and questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of basketball reserve talents training in various amateur sports schools in Linyi city.Through the analysis,it summarizes its advantages and disadvantages,and combines the opportunities and challenges for the reserve talents training to carry out SWOT combination analysis Some strategies are expected to provide learning and reference for the development of basketball reserve talents training team in Linyi City and even Shandong Province.The conclusions of this study are as follows1.The strengths of basketball reserve talents training in Linyi amateur sports school are:(1)Linyi has a large population,the basketball project is liked by the masses and has a mass basis.(2)The four teams in Linyi city ranked steadily in the provincial competition results.(3)the motivation of athletes to participate in basketball training is clear and positive,the training attitude is positive,and the coach's attitude is serious and responsible.(4)The athletes have enough training and take part in more competitions.(5)Athletes pay attention to cultural learning,coaches urge timely.(6)Leaders attach importance to basketball events,and the infrastructure basically meets the daily training.(7)Coaches come from many sources,complement each other and make common progress.(8)Perfect transport mechanism and guaranteed future development2.The weaknesses of basketball reserve talents training in Linyi amateur sports school are as follows:(1)Linyi coaches lack training and scientific research ability.(2)The source of training funds is single and insufficient.(3)The professional training of athletes in county and district level sports schools started late,the development was not unified,and the echelon construction was not perfect.(4)Imperfect medical supervision3.The opportunities that can be seized in the training of basketball reserve talents in Linyi amateur sports school are supported by(1)national policies and regulations.(2)The Basketball Association and the Ministry of Education jointly promote the combination of sports and education.(3)The increase of all kinds of events at all levels.(4)Linyi city can choose a number of powerful sponsorship companies.4.The threats and challenges faced by the cultivation of basketball reserve talents in Linyi amateur sports school are:(1)the government,enterprises and social organizations have not yet formed a perfect cooperation mechanism.(2)The influence of other sports on basketball.According to the SWOT matrix analysis of the above advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,the following strategies are obtained:(1)the amateur sports school in Linyi city should make use of the existing population resources advantages,continue to deepen the training mode of "combination of sports and education",increase the training of Basketball Reserve talents,and constantly expand the high-level basketball training team;for funds,it needs to be guided by the correct management of the government With coordination,we will open more avenues and encourage multiple sources of funding.(2)Government organizations need to play a leading role in promoting enterprises and Linyi amateur sports school to form an efficient and perfect cooperation mechanism step by step.In order to expand students,they should take advantage of existing athletes,coaches and policies to expand the publicity effect.(3)In order to improve the ability of coaches,it is necessary to combine closely with colleges and universities to obtain advanced training means and improve the comprehensive ability of coaches;through various ways such as competitions,it is necessary to improve the publicity and promotion of basketball for children,primary schools and middle schools,and put them into practice;in order to improve the comprehensive ability of coaches,amateur sports schools should increase the opportunities for coaches to go out to study and make corresponding incentive policies to encourage coaches to improve their
