Research On Fuzzy Predictive Control Algorithms In Educational Resource Recommendation

Aiming at the problems of fast renewal speed and low utilization efficiency of network educational resources,a fuzzy predictive control algorithm is studied according to the need of recommendation of educational resources.Based on T-S fuzzy model,the algorithm integrates the NeuMF model of the neural network model,solves the problem of insufficient linear relationship in the recommendation algorithn of educational resources,and designs and implements the recommendation system of educational resources with this algorithm.It achieves a good recommendation effect of educational resources.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on Fuzzy Predictive Control Algorithms.The principle of fuzzy predictive control algorithm is analyzed,the most commonly used T-S fuzzy model is studied,and the T-S fuzzy model based on Educational Resource Recommendation is constructed to deal with the non-linear relationship of educational resources in educational resource recommendation.(2)Design of Fuzzy Predictive Control Model Based on Neural Network.MLP model,GMF model and NeuMF model are studied in this paper.The application of neural network model in Education Resource Recommendation is analyzed,and the NeuMF model in Education Resource Recommendation is constructed to deal with the linear relationship of education resources in education resource recommendation.Combining the advantages of neural network model and fuzzy predictive control algorithm,user model,education resource model and user-education resource feature matching model are constructed.User-educational resource feature matching model is used to analyze the relationship between users and educational resources,and the predicted value is obtained for recommending educational resources to users.(3)Design and algorithm validation of Educational Resource Recommendation system.On the basis of the fuzzy predictive control model based on neural network,using Java Web development technology and web crawler technology,a recomlendation system for educational resources is designed and implemented.The test results show that the fuzzy predictive control algorithm based on neural network model has strong real-time performance,full coverage and recommendation accuracy of more than 80%in the recommendation of educational resources.It has certain application value.
