The physical deterioration of college students has become a concern and concern of the whole society.Social ecological model focuses on putting human behavior into the environment for investigation,and discusses the relationship between human and environment from multiple perspectives and levels.In recent years,social ecological model has been studied more and more in the field of sports,but the application of social ecological model in the field of sports exercise behavior of college students is still rare.Based on this,based on the social ecological model,this study will investigate and analyze the factors affecting college students' participation in physical exercise at the individual level and interpersonal level,and master the characteristics and internal rules of college students' participation in physical exercise.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the status quo of college students' participation in physical exercise,their exercise self-efficacy at the individual level,behavioral attitude,behavioral cognition and social support at the interpersonal level(teachers' support and friends' support).The respondents were 1081 college students from five universities in hangzhou,including 557 male students and 524 female students.There are 562 freshmen and 519 sophomores.The research shows that:1)college students are not very active in extracurricular sports,only 38%of them choose to participate in extracurricular sports in their spare time.Only 25%of girls will take part in physical exercise,and 76%of girls are at low exercise level.2)exercise self-efficacy and behavioral attitude at the individual level have a significant impact on the amount of physical exercise of college students,among which behavioral attitude has the greatest impact on the amount of physical exercise of college students.The higher the score of individual's sports behavior and attitude,the more positive evaluation of their participation in the exercise,the greater the amount of exercise.Boys' scores of exercising self-efficacy and behavior attitude were significantly higher than girls'.The score of self-efficacy training of freshmen was significantly higher than that of sophomores.There were significant differences in the scores of exercise self-efficacy and behavioral attitude in the groups with different amount of exercise.The group with greater amount of exercise had higher scores of exercise self-efficacy and behavioral attitude.3)friend support at interpersonal level has a significant impact on the amount of physical exercise of college students.The more exercise support college students received from their friends,the greater the amount of physical exercise.Boys' scores of friends' support were significantly higher than girls';The scores of friend support of freshmen were significantly higher than that of sophomores.There were significant differences in the scores of friends' support in different exercise groups.The group with more exercise had higher scores of friends' support. |
