Research On The Development Of Single Sports Association In Ganzhou Under The Perspective Of "Healthy China 2030"

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly and the living standards of our people have greatly improved.With the popularization of mechanization,people's working hours are shortened,leisure time is increased,and people's health problems are exposed.This has had a great impact on China's comprehensive construction of a well-off society.Therefore,the State has proposed the "Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline",which mentions the important role of the sports industry in the "comprehensive fitness" program.The development of the sports industry can not only promote economic development but also Great efforts have been made to improve the national health level.Among them,individual sports associations play an important role in promoting sports development.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods to manage the management system and operation mechanism,human resources,and funding of the Sports Sports Association in Ganzhou City from the perspective of“Healthy China 2030”.The situation of the activities is analyzed,etc.At the same time,corresponding development suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in the development of Ganzhou Sports Individual Sports Association,and combined with the development characteristics of Ganzhou Sports Individual Sports Association,the ideals for grassroots sports individual sports associations are proposed.The mode of operation provides a theoretical basis for the sports department to reform the management system;stimulates the enthusiasm of the people's movement in Ganzhou and promotes the development of the single sports association inGanzhou.The study found that the main problems existing in the Ganzhou Sports Individual Sports Association are: 1.The management organization of the association is not perfect,the organization of the activity is not standardized;2.The association system lacks innovation and the times;3.The management of the association is imperfect.The proportion of members is not coordinated;4.The sources of funds for the association are small,and the scale of income and expenditure is small;5.The propaganda content of the association is not novel and the propaganda is small.In response to the above problems,and through the author's implementation of the "healthy China2030" concept,the following development strategies are proposed: 1.Follow the "Healthy China2030" outline,improve the organizational mechanism;2.Follow the principle of the outline,and persist in reform and innovation.3.Improve the rules and regulations;3.Adhere to the main body status of the masses and develop the membership team of the association;4.Expand the channels of funding sources and improve the economic benefits of the association according to the outline;5.Analyze the outline,seize the key points,and expand publicity.
