Construction And Application Of Teaching Resource Service Platform In Higher Vocational Colleges Based On Smart Campus

With the rapid development of information technology,information technology construction has penetrated into various fields of social development,and the revolutionary influence of information technology on education has become increasingly obvious.Education informationization is ushering in a major historical development opportunity.Higher vocational colleges often encounter some problems in the construction of information platform,which affects the informationization process of higher vocational colleges,especially in the application,management and maintenance of teaching resources.The main ones include: lack of a safe and effective teaching resource support platform,resulting in inadequate application of teaching resources and low application quality;increased variety of teaching resources and complex entries,resulting in increased difficulty in sharing and transmitting data resources;a large number of new teaching equipment,Facilities bring quality and efficiency issues in management and maintenance.The reason for the above problems lies in the lack of or lack of comprehensive planning and long-term mechanism for informatization construction.At the same time,there are still practical problems such as insufficient capital investment,weak technical strength,and insufficient promotion.With the "three links and two platforms","Internet +" action plan,"Promoting the Big Data Development Action Plan","Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan","China Education Modernization 2035" and other policy documents issued;The introduction of the overall framework of trend and smart campus construction GB/T 36342-2018;and the development of key technologies such as Internet of Things,cloud computing,mobile internet,big data,etc.,provide more guidance for the construction of information platform for higher vocational colleges With higher requirements.This study aims at the main problems encountered by higher vocational colleges in the construction of information platform,as well as the obstacles encountered in the construction of digital campus,and proposes solutions for the construction of smart campus.With the principle of “comprehensive planning,step-by-step implementation,and practical results”,the overall framework of the smart campus of higher vocational colleges is constructed.Through the construction and implementation of the overall framework of the smart campus of higher vocational colleges,the teaching resource service platform suitable for higher vocational colleges is constructed by means of sub-platform and carrying.According to the American Educational Communication and Technology Association(AECT94),the description of teaching resources is classified into three aspects: teaching materials,teaching environment,and teaching support system.Under the necessary conditions for the implementation of the overall framework of the smart campus,the Java EE enterprise-level rapid development framework is used to construct the teaching resource management module,the front-end login and homepage module,the background management module,the information exchange and the data analysis module to complete the higher vocational education based on the smart campus.The construction and application of the teaching resource service platform of colleges and universities.Firstly,it solves the problem of lack of teaching resources support platform,realizes the comprehensive application of teaching materials,multimedia classrooms,teaching equipment and other teaching resources.Second,while saving resources,it improves the quality and efficiency of teaching resources application,management and maintenance;Third,it promoted the construction and application of the smart campus application layer platform,and accumulated experience in the construction of information platform.In line with the development trend of the information platform construction of higher vocational colleges,it can more effectively avoid the “information island” and “data gap”,further optimize teaching resources and promote the modernization of vocational education governance capabilities.
