In the related research of human capital,education human capital receives more attention.Scholars often regard education as the most important factor of human capital,but seldom consider the status of health in human capital.As an important resource reflecting the quality of migrant workers,healthy human capital plays a significant role in satisfying the employment choice of labor force and improving employment income,which deserves great attention.In the course of the continuous change and development of China's economic structure,the wage income of migrant workers has become the main source of family economy,so this paper mainly discusses the impact of healthy human capital on the wage income of migrant workers.In this context,combined with previous relevant studies,this paper summarizes the connotation of healthy human capital,research status of indicators and the impact mechanism of healthy human capital on income,and constructs a more comprehensive index of healthy human capital,which is divided into three parts: psychological quality,physiological quality and social adaptability.This paper is based on the theory of healthy human capital and Grossman's theory of health needs,and uses the data of China Family Follow-up Survey(CFPS)to screen and collate 1286 data.There were 740 male samples and 546 female samples.Based on the selected data,this paper makes a descriptive analysis of the main personal characteristics,health human capital status,employment and income status of migrant workers in China.Secondly,based on Mincer's income function,three indicators,psychological quality,physical quality and social adaptability,are introduced into the function to measure healthy human capital.In addition,the variables related to healthy human capital indicators in the database in 2014 and personal income variables in 2016 were matched to solve the endogenous problem.Overall,OLS estimates are used to analyze the impact of various indicators of healthy human capital on the wage income of migrant workers.Gender and regional samples are further distinguished,and the heterogeneity of the impact of healthy human capital on the wage income of migrant workers is compared and analyzed from a deeper perspective.The overall sample estimates show that the higher the stock of healthy human capital,the higher the wage income.As far as psychological quality is concerned,the income increases by 0.317 units for every unit of cognitive ability,0.247 units for every unit ofdepression degree,and 12.8% for every unit of body mass index,but not for every unit of life satisfaction.Income increased by 0.157 units and job satisfaction increased by 0.344 units.There are gender and regional differences in the impact of healthy human capital on wage income of migrant workers.Finally,according to the conclusions of this study,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.Firstly,we should strengthen the propaganda of mental health knowledge and train professional psychologists;secondly,we should improve social public welfare and encourage enterprises to organize various sports activities;thirdly,we should establish a sound medical system and build a medical aid system;fourthly,we should narrow the gap between regions in health level.
