On June 21,2018,for the first time in 40 years of reform and opening up,a national conference on undergraduate education was held.At the meeting,Minister of Education Chen Baisheng stressed: we must put undergraduate education at the core of the talent training system.We must put undergraduate education in the basic position of education and teaching,and we must put undergraduate education in the forefront of educational development in the new era.The evaluation of teaching by college students is an important system to guarantee the teaching quality of colleges and universities.In the history of more than 30 years of implementation,it has played a very important role in ensuring the teaching quality of colleges and universities.It has become an indispensable part of the internal quality assurance system in colleges and universities.Academic Evaluation in Colleges and Universities As the main mechanism of teaching quality monitoring in colleges and universities,the improvement of teaching mechanism is beneficial to protect the legitimate rights and interests of multiple interest subjects in the evaluation of teaching,and can effectively improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.This study takes the evaluation of teaching among students in colleges and universities as the research object,and takes the stakeholder theory and the fourth generation evaluation theory as an analytical framework.It provides a new example for explaining and revealing the conflicts of interest and related causes of multi-interest subjects in students' teaching evaluation activities,which is helpful to solve the problems in practice.By using the methods of literature research,interview analysis and case study,this paper first clarifies the connotation of key words such as students' evaluation of teaching,"stakeholders of college students' evaluation of teaching" and "theory of related persons".Then,based on the stakeholder theory and the fourth generation evaluation theory,the logical framework of this paper is constructed,and the core interest subjects in the evaluation of teaching by college students are defined.This paper probes into the interest demands of the core interest subjects in the evaluation of teaching by college students,reveals the conflicts of interests among different interest subjects in the evaluation of teaching by college students,and analyzes on the interests of the students and teachers in the evaluation of teaching in colleges and universities.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward that we should construct interest dialogue,smooth the expression of interest demands,establish cooperative game and perfect the cooperation of multiple subjects.The countermeasures and suggestions for coordinating the conflicts of interests of different interest subjects in the evaluation of teaching by college students in five aspects of establishing and perfecting the system guaranteeIt is very important to perfect the coordination mechanism of interest in the evaluation of teaching in colleges and universities to speed up the construction of high-level undergraduate education,to improve the ability of cultivating talents in an all-round way,and to bring up the newcomers of the age who are worthy of national rejuvenation,but in the process of school-based implementation The activities of academic evaluation involve the participation of multiple interest subjects,and the difference in interest demands and value orientations of different interest subjects,which leads to the existing mechanism of academic evaluation and teaching evaluation in colleges and universities still fails to take into account the interests of different interest subjects.In order to coordinate the conflicts of interests among different stakeholders,the mechanism of learning evaluation and teaching can not guarantee the teaching quality of colleges and universities to the utmost extent.Although the mechanism of evaluation of teaching and learning in colleges and universities is very much wanted It takes into account the interests of different stakeholders,coordinates the conflicts of interests of different interests,and maximizes the interests of the organization.However,due to the lack of correct theoretical guidance,it is in the practical level of operation.The implementation of the evaluation has not realized the interests of multiple stakeholders,such as the goal-orientation of the evaluation,the content or indicators of the evaluation,the organization and implementation of the evaluation,the feedback of the evaluation results,and so on,which failed to take into account the teachers and students.The multi-benefit demand of teaching managers,the existing mechanism of academic evaluation can not provide an effective means and means to resolve the interest contradiction between the interests of the main body.In the process of interest coordination,the main body of interest coordination is composed of the two sides of the conflict.One side is unique,difficult to form a fair,just decision-making.The negotiation strategy can not appear in the balance between the two sides of the conflict,resulting in the interests of the conflicting side always damaged,affecting the ultimate achievement of cooperation.From the influence of interest coordination relationship on decision-making results,it can be seen that teachers,students and teaching administrators can effectively improve the perception of decision-making results,and the production of consultation strategies will enhance the perception of decision-making results.At the same time,because the multi-benefit subjects in the teaching evaluation are consistent in the pursuit of the essential interests,and the three sides of the academic evaluation and teaching are all focused on the promotion of the teaching quality,so we should attach importance to the interest coordination machine.The function of the system and the improvement of its system have a very important impact on improving the teaching quality of colleges and universities.
