Purpose:The examination projects for High school sports students are 100 meters,standing triple jump,throwing solid ball backward and backward with both hands in place(hereinafter referred to as throwing solid ball),800 meters and special events.In order to improve the students'Sports achievement,We all use weight bearing exercises,except regular barbell,dumbbells,sandbags and so on.Elastic belt is a convenient and simple equipment for use.However,combining articles and daily training can be seen,the use of elastic band in training is more frequent,Static exercises are rare.This study provided theoretical and experimental basis for elastic band training by comparing the changes of high school students'sports performance after static exercises with or without elastic band,and explored the influence of static exercises with elastic band on high school students' sports performance.Method:This paper use the methods of literature study,observation,investigation,experiment,mathematical statistical methods and so an,the subjects of the experiment were senior two students of Jianling Senior High School in Shuyang County,Jiangsu Province,age ranges from 16 to 17.Four quality tests were conducted before the experiment,because there were many special items to choose,so we studied the general physical quality of sports achievement here.The elastic band was then divided into two groups by FMS functional exercise test combined with students'physical performance and age.Each group of 30 students,18 boys and 12 girls in the experimental group,18 boys and 12 girls in the control group,we measured their bodily shape and physical condition.The experimental period is three months.Both the experimental group and the control group were trained every Monday,Tuesday,Thursday and Friday afternoon.The training time of the experimental group was 15:20-16:20,and that of the control group was 16:40-17:40.Each training time was about one hour.Static exercises with elastic bands were conducted in the experimental group,mainly for upper limb muscles,shoulder straps,back,abdomen,hip flexion and hip extension,knee flexion and knee extension,leg and ankle joint muscles.Each movement lasted 15 seconds,and three groups were performed,one minute interval between the two movements and three minutes interval between the groups.At the same time,the control group only carried out routine training for the test items,such as special running exercises,standing triple jump,single foot jump,stride jump,frog jump and complete movement exercises,solid ball throwing exercises,endurance run and so on.Result:1.Intra group comparison:The data of boys and girls was compared before and after the experiment.(1)In bodily shape,there was no statistically significant difference in height and weight between the groups before and after the experiment(P>0.05).(2)In physical quality:There was no statistical difference in physical quality between boys and girls in the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05);there was significant difference between boys and girls in the experimental group before and after the experiment(P<0.05).2.Inter group comparison:The data was compared between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.(1)In bodily shape,there was no statistically significant difference in height and weight between the groups before and after the experiment(P>0.05).(2)In physical quality:Before the experiment,there was no statistically significant difference in physical quality between boys and girls(P>0.05);after the experiment,there was significant difference between boys and girls in physical quality groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Static exercises with elastic bands can improve the Sports achievement of high school students in 100 meters,standing triple jump,throwing solid ball and 800 meters with different degrees.2.Appropriate arrangement of static exercises with elastic bands in high School Sports Training has a good training effect.
