Education is an ethical cause,only by adhering to its ethical nature can it embody its value of educating people.As the sum of rules and regulations,primary school norms should be the existence of ethical attributes and ethical missions.It takes guiding students' moral development as the logical starting point,while maintaining the normal development of school activities.Specifically,primary school norms realize its educational value with its ethical attributes such as education,morality,concern,justice and so on: establishing moral tree for students to become an ethical balanced individual,growing into a complete human being;In order to construct harmonious and orderly relationship of human relations,students and teachers can do their best in the field of campus,maintain the ethical and moral quality of primary school education,and create a harmonious campus of ethical temperament for students.However,looking at the school norms in the field of basic education,some problems have emerged,such as the weakening of ethical entities,the weakening of teachers' overall ethical consciousness,the ethical imbalance of students' individual self,the ethical alienation of teacher-student relations,and so on.Taking G School of Zhengzhou City in Henan Province as an example,this paper reveals the "de-ethics" phenomenon of school norms in three aspects: neglect of students' subject,lack of ethical culture in the text content,and three aspects of the formulation process of the school norms: the formulation process ignores the students' main body,and the content of the text lacks ethical culture.The process of implementation is not guided by ethical consciousness.Therefore,primary school norms undertake its mission of moral education,return to ethics,and defend the needs of campus ethics is extremely urgent.According to the present situation of school regulation in G school,the author reformed the formulation process,implementation process and final rating and revision of school regulation from the two dimensions of school regulation and class regulation: norm-making under ethical inspection,ethics embedded in practice process,and so on.The evaluation and revision from the perspective of ethics return the ethics of primary school from three aspects.By properly rectifying its unbalanced ethical nature,the ethical entity is being thinned,the whole ethical consciousness of teachers is weak,the individual self-ethical imbalance,the ethical alienation of teacher-student relationship,and so on.The return of ethics to the norms of primary school.
