The Last Step:Couriers' Occupational Well-being And Its Promotional Strategies

The well-being of occupation has a long history which generally becomes a heat phenomenon in the field of working.It not only leads to a series of changes on the individual's physical and mental health,but also able to trigger the ‘ the organization's notion' into institution.As for the research of member's occupational well-being,working efficiency and stress level,it still has a limited range to be proved,which can we also be used for other images,such as the supports for organization.With the rapid development of express industry,the size of the expressing labor market becomes larger.As the member of such a servicing industry,express delivery staff also bear tragedy pressure and result the phenomenon for burnout in jobs,no time for families,no money to pay,no fairness to be treated……It's a cruel dilemma,but not because of a person,it's one army!Thus,in the terms of the work stress and burnout problems of express delivery group,business administrator and policy maker need to pay adequate attentions towards them.As for a social worker,I think we're necessary for take actions to observe and interview such a group of ‘invisible vulnerable workers',which is made by the unstructured interviews in leisure time.Comparing the results of data analysis with the literatures of survey,we get to realize the significance of the couriers' original intention for coming to Beijing that can inspire to open and mirror the secret of the couriers' well-being.It comes to the topic of the mental state for delivery staff,that's why we use the data to get ‘what's the meaning of expressing delivery industry?',and ‘what we can do to let the staff touch the deeper levels of the well-being in jobs?'.At last,we put them into the AMOS structural equation model and gray relation analysis(GRA)to get help form it.In the end,we formulate the involved target and promotional strategies for couriers' occupational well-being.
