Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Social Service In Yangzhou College Sports Venues

Under the background of national fitness,insufficient supply of urban public sports venues is one of the main reasons that restrict the full development of mass sports activities.Since the beginning of the 21st century,our government has been steadily intensifying the reform of administrative system.In the process of the transformation from functional to service-oriented,it has been widely recognized that strengthening public service construction has become the core idea of government reform.In order to solve the growing sports needs of urban residents and the relatively backward public sports,the government has made efforts to improve public service construction.In order to solve the contradiction of service,we should focus on utilizing the abundant sports facilities resources in Colleges and universities to serve the society,break the inherent mode of cooperation and win-win situation,reduce the repeated construction of sports facilities,and promote the high-level utilization of social resources.Through the methods of documentation,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper investigates the current situation of social service of sports venues in four colleges and universities in Yangzhou City.From the perspective of colleges and universities,residents around colleges and universities and residents' satisfaction,it is more comprehensive and in-depth.This paper explores the influencing factors and problems in the social service of university stadiums and gymnasiums,and puts forward the development countermeasures in line with the planning and layout of Yangzhou City Sports facilities.The purpose is to explore the theory of social service of university stadiums and gymnasiums,and to form a social opening mode and its application in line with the development of the times.To better provide a feasible development idea for social services.The results show that:(1)the responsibilities and powers of social service of university stadiums and gymnasiums are not clear,and the efficiency of social opening is not high;(2)the social service of university stadiums and gymnasiums lacks managerial personnel,and the fitness residents lack organization;(3)the social service system and guarantee of university stadiums and gymnasiums are insufficient;(4)the information dissemination of social service of university stadiums and gymnasiums.Low transmission power;(5)the quality of social service in university stadiums should be improved.In order to promote the better development of the social service of university stadiums and gymnasiums,increase the supply of urban public sports venues,and produce good social and economic benefits,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:(1)The government purchases the service of university stadiums and gymnasiums into green.(2)Establishing fitness clubs for community residents in Colleges and universities and recruiting volunteer managers;(3)Government policy guarantees to promote the improvement of social service management system for sports venues in Colleges and universities;(4)Building a network information service platform for sports venues resources in Colleges and universities;(5)Establishing a performance evaluation body for social service of sports venues in Colleges and universities.Department.
