With the progress of society,the development of science and technology,and the speed of updating industry knowledge," learning to learn" has become the basic requirement of the times for the quality of college students.Learning adaptability of the freshmen is not only closely linked with students' academic achievement and their future development,but also relates to the quality of talent cultivation in universities.This research takes "To investigate and study the problems of the learning adaptability of the freshmen in s vocational and technical college,and to put forward the countermeasures" as the core issue.It takes questionnaire survey,interviews and other empirical research methods to investigate the S vocational and technical college's 386 freshmen of Grade 2017.Based on the survey data,this paper studies the learning adaptability of freshmen in four dimensions: students' individual,teaching,school environment and social environment.After analysis and investigation,the conclusion is:S vocational and technical college freshmen are generally well adjusted,and the average score of freshmen in social environment and school environment is high,3.696 and 3.656 respectively.The average score of students in individual dimension is 3.49,and the mean score in "teaching aspect" dimension is 3.24.Therefore,there are many problems in learning adaptability of freshmen in higher vocational education in teaching and individual students,among which the main ones are poor learning behavior and teaching methods.Through the analysis and discussion on the differences of freshmen's learning adaptability,the adaptability of boys and girls to learning varies greatly in both individual and teaching aspects.The adaptability of new students in urban and rural areas varies greatly,and the learning adaptability of new students in nursing major is higher than that of other majors.The adaptability of general school students is higher in individual dimension than that of independent recruitment and five-year freshmen.Through analysis and discussion,the author finds out the problems and reasons of the adaptability of the freshmen in higher vocational education.Finally,from the perspective of the students,we propose to use group counseling,and develop."Senior system" help,to improve the learning adaptability of five-year students,cultivating students' professional interests of these four countermeasures and suggestions.
