SWOT Analysis Of The Sustainable Development Of Chenzhou Tourism By Sports Events

Chenzhou is in the key period of building a "city of sports" and "civilized city".In order to develop sports cause vigorously and promote the sustainable development of Chenzhou tourism,the government has begun to pay attention to the combination of sports events and Chenzhou tourism resources in recent years.Since the State Council issued a number of views on the reform and development of tourism,it is clearly proposed to support the cross-border cooperation between tourism and all walks of life and to create the concept of sports +tourism.Chenzhou has also introduced "the implementation of the sports industry to accelerate the development of sports industry to promote sports consumption"(Chen [2015]2),"Chenzhou city sports facilities special plan(2012-2030)",the document pointed out that the development of sports industry,promote the integration of sports and tourism development.Since the construction of the "city of sports",the scale of sports events in Chenzhou has increased rapidly,such as the Chenzhou flying mountain "100 Li Danxia" cross-country challenge,the international road cycling race,the International Basketball Federation Asian Club Championship,the international football,international women's volleyball,the mountain mana marathon,the East River and the lake hiking.Wait.The above events found that most of the events held the famous tourist attractions in Chenzhou.The event was not only injected fresh blood for the construction of "Sports City" in Chenzhou,but also promoted the sustainable development of Chenzhou tourism.From the analysis of the actual situation in Chenzhou,the article uses the literature analysis method,the field investigation method,the questionnaire survey method,the SWOT analysis method,with the four major strategies of SWOT analysis as the theoretical basis.Based on the data analysis of Chenzhou "100 Li Danxia" cross-country challenge competition,the development of Chenzhou sports events will help the sustainable development of Chenzhou tourism.This paper takes Feitian Danxia "Bai Li Danxia" cross-country challenge as a case,and reveals the impact of Chenzhou sports events on the sustainable development of tourism through the benefit analysis before,during and after the competition.The study found the following problems worthy of attention: first,the Chenzhou Sports Tourism Organization and lack of sports professional talents sound;secondly,sports and tourism resources development is not balanced;third,sports promotion propaganda lack;fourth,event related departments lack of close communication.Fifth,there is a lack of innovation derived from sports products after the game.According to the above problem made the following recommendations:(1)to build the platform,retain scarce talent;(2)make full use of natural resources,and vigorously support the emerging sports events;(3)enhancing marketing strategy;(4)encourage innovation,promote cooperation in various departments,with the development of Chenzhou regional tourism events.Through the case analysis,the article draws the conclusion that the combination of Chenzhou sports events and tourism is in the early stage of development.In the face of the interference and difficulties of the outside world,the joint efforts of the Chenzhou municipal government and the public are needed.In the combination of sports events and tourism resources,we should give full play to the local advantages.In the event of large sports events,we should closely combine the relevance of tourism resources.To develop local sports and expand urban influence,we need to constantly improve the reward mechanism and develop more sports events suitable for tourism resources.The development of sports events and tourism industry,understand the demand of consumers and the market,and make Chenzhou sports events closely around tourism resources,and become the motive force of the sustainable development of Chenzhou tourism.
