Human resources to provide intellectual support for social development,the importance of talents in the development of the society is self-evident,but along with the social division of labor and the development of the industry gradually derived human resource service industry a new category of modern manufacturing industry.The emergence of the human resource service industry promotes the human resource service industry agglomeration,under the industrial aggregation theory,the human resource service industry gradually formed the scale effect in the region.Our country is a population is also a potential of reinvigorating C hina through human resource development,based on market demand and the development of the human resource service industry,our country has established a national human resources service industrial park.This research will be based on the industrial park development experience has been built and run successfully,Wuhan special variable factors at the same time,emphatically analyzed human resource service in Wuhan city industrial park management mode.The integrated use of literature analysis,questionnaire method,case analysis methods,such as comprehensive human resource service about Wuhan industrial park management pattern were studied.In research,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis together in two ways,through the data to illustrate the influence factors of HR service in Wuhan industrial park management,think industrial park by strategic management system,scale of industry agglomeration,information architecture,industrial park,cultural environment,the Labour market,the relevant supervision and management responsibility the main body of the influence of eight factors.Q ualitative SWOT model is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Wuhan HR industrial park and the opportunities and challenges.Think of Wuhan in the process of construction of human resources service industrial park there is a huge opportunity,but at the same time also is restricted by t he corresponding conditions,these binding conditions could affect industrial park management,change the industrial park management pattern.At the same time,has been built by comparing the national human resources service industrial park management pattern to learn from successful experiences.Think these successful HR service industrial park management mode according to the government and market play a role in the different and differences of experience,Wuhan should be selectively absorb according to the ir own characteristics.Finally,the research on human resource service in Wuhan city industrial park management factors combined with related theories from the government,enterprise and society three aspects put forward the management mode of reengineering six strategies.Research suggests that human resources service industry is an important part of the future services,the construction of the industrial park will provide human resource service industry unification of infrastructure services,will provide the high quality service for the enterprise human resources.Human resources service industrial park management pattern appears on the government leading,enterprise leading and enterprise combined these,the advantages and disadvantages of each mode has its fixed,but industrial park specific use conditions to consider which model need from the concrete region,in the industrial park management should grasp is the introduction of social forces to participate,to promote the sustained and healthy development of the human resource service industry.
