In the current Chinese cyberspace,"satire" is a kind of very popular discursive practice full of emotion.Making use of the characteristics of network media, such as diffusibility, timeliness, interaction and grassroots, netizens widely satirize social reality, politics, groups,or individuals.Undoubtedly," satire”has become a popular cultural phenomenon in the cyberspace.Based on the background,I am curious about the following problem:what are the social backgrounds and reasons of the popularity of "internet satire"?What are the main forms and Strategies of" internet satire"?What is the impact of " internet satire”on political decision-making,and what kind of public meanings and limitations dose it have?Influenced by the rationalist paradigm, the past researches about public sphere often exclude or ignore the existence of emotion. Moreover, most of the existing studies about satire regard irony as a static text content or artistic method, and ignore the fact that it is actually a dynamic communication or practical activity.Different from previous studies,my study regards "internet satire" as an dynamic discourse practice in the Internet public sphere.Based on the perspective of emotion, the study use "multiple publics mode" to study "internet satire".The study uses Fairclough's discourse analysis method and deep interviews, and takes the topic of "haze" as an example to discusse the following questions:the main forms and strategies of "internet satire",the social background and the reasons of its rise, its public implications and limits."Internet satire" can be divided into three different forms including joke, parody and other forms of satire, and each forms'sarcastic strategies are different.Besides, the study finds that the rise and reproduction of "internet satire" is the result of the interaction of technology, history, culture, politics, and so on.The study also finds that "internet satire" has following public implications:As a popular discourse,it promotes public concern and think about public problems;as a practice of cultural citizenship,it stimulates public to express opinions and suggestions on public problems;as a "Counter-discourse",it has the potentiality to form public opinions and influence public decisions. But“Internet satire”also has some limitations:the instability of emotion;the true meaning of a satirist can be misinterpreted easily;creating the illusion of resistance.
