Analysis And Research On The Application Of Offensive And Defensive Techniques Of The 16th CUBA Women Top Eight Centers

With the rapid development of China's basketball sport,the changes in the field of women's games are obvious to notice.Compared with the past,it is faster in speed,stronger in antagonistic and wider in attack range.With the continuous improvement of the overall level of college women's basketball,the corresponding requirements for all aspects of women's basketball players are higher,requiring them to be more comprehensive and have a higher ability in technology application.Based on this situation,this article carries out the relevant statistical comparison and research analysis through expert interviews,literature,questionnaire survey and video analysis method and through the offensive and technical indicators used in the 16 th CUBA League top eight teams of the main center and its game video information.By analyzing the ability in technology application based on the performance of athletes in each team,this article tries to look for the differences between different athletes in the use of location-related skills,to explore the causes of its formation,to find ways to correctly resolve this difference by analyzing and to propose measures and recommendations that can effectively decrease the discrepancy.It is hopefully that this study can help upgrade the training level of women's basketball for college women's and play a reference role in enhancing the athletic ability in college basketball teams.Included Conclusions:(1)the difference lies in the age and body shape indicators of the centers,the chief centers in the top eight teams are among the best domestic college basketball players,however,the gap in weight will obviously become a disadvantage in antagonistic.(2)In terms of offense,the offensive scores of current CUBA league center players are mainly two-pointers with less three-pointer.young players,who count for the major part in the team,are lack of competition experience,leading to low hit rate and weak sense of attack,which indicates that their psychological quality need to be improved.(3)In terms of defense,the advantage in height can successfully cover the ball's shot point,but reaction and judgment need to be strengthened,especially in the combat,footsteps was suppressed and paces are slow.(4)Compared with other eight teams,the number of shots of the centers in Yunnan Normal University rank upper.But the low hit rate is the gap in offensive mistakes.What's more,the attack range is near the restricted area with no tendency to expand.(5)In the defensive of and the other eight teams,the center of Yunnan Normal University know how to take advantage of their height and avoid weaknesses to seal and block shots.Compared with other teams' defense,the defensive rebounds in back court and the conscious of rebounding still need to be strengthened.
