Transformation And Service Exploration Of Community College In Community Education

To develop life-long education and advance to study society is the current trend for the development of international education,and the direction for our nation's educational reform and development as well.Community education is an important part of implementing the life-long education.How it is carried out has a direct impact on building and developing the community as well as improving its member's quality,which will consequently affect the stability of society and the further development of politics and economic system reform.Although the implementation of community education in China is over 10 years,this education reform,which is from the man talent strategy,has had a positive impact on China's political,economic,social and other fields.While affirming the achievements of our reform,we should clearly realize that all aspects of the full implementation of community education in our country are still not mature enough,which highlights the fact that the education industry is underdeveloped,the related policies and legal system are not healthy enough,the awareness lifelong education is not fully spread,and the community education sector is slow to develop.The author believes that after the implementation of community education public services in China,how to rationally face the implementation of the objective problems,calmly analyze the new stage of the implementation and popularization of community education in the real conditions and proposed to improve the operational strategy is the enhancing community education in China's current public service research priorities.This article mainly takes the Nanshan District of Shenzhen as an example,divides five parts to study the community education present situation and the countermeasure:Chapter 1 is the preface,which briefly introduces the background of the problem of community education in our country and the research status at home and abroad,and points out the writing background of this article.Chapter 2 defines the relevant concepts,discusses the promotion of community education Community education "and" community education ",and expatiate on the development of community education in foreign countries and the development of community education in China.Chapter 3 studies the relationship between Shekou Open University and Nanshan District Government in Nanshan District.The practice of community college and the investment and effectiveness of Shekou Open University in transitional community colleges,analyzes the existing problems and the restraining factors,and thus reveals the transformation of the traditional Open universities in community education;Chapter 5,through reflection on the status quo of community education within the framework of Open Universities,puts forward the current conditions and countermeasures for the implementation of community education in China.Chapter 5 further draws conclusions and makes expectations for future development.
