To further explore the validity and universality of the validity of two worked-examples learning of operational rules of math designed by“the method of explained”?“the method of explained and labeled” on worked-examples learning of the operational rules of math,three kinds of worked-examples of oval graphics and equations were as the material,through the three series of experimental researches,they investigated the transfer effects of learning through the worked-examples designed by“the method of explained”and“the method of explained and labeled”and ordinary worked-examples of junior high school students.The experimental results are as follows:The decision rules of oval level or perpendicular were as the material in the experiment 1,it investigated the transfer effects of learning through the worked-examples designed by“the method of explained”and“the method of explained and labeled”and ordinary worked-examples.The results showed: According to the coefficient of determination of oval equations,second-year junior high school students can judge to different degrees whether oval graphics are “level” or“perpendicular”,either far-transfer or near-transfer scores via worked examples devised by“the method of explained and labeled”were significantly better than those via ordinary worked examples;but within worked examples groups of“the method of explained”and “the ordinary”,there was no notable difference on both the far-transfer and near-transfer achievements;the near-transfer achievements through worked examples designed by “the method of explained and labeled”were significantly better than those through“the method of explained”,but on the far-transfer scores within them,there was no notable difference.The decision rules of oval flat or round were as the material in the experiment 2,it investigated the same design of the worked-examples.The results showed:either far-transfer or near-transfer scores via worked examples devised by “the method of explained and labeled”were notably better than those within worked examples devised by“the method of explained”,either far-transfer or near-transfer scores via worked examples devised by “the method of explained”were significantly better than those through ordinary worked examples.The comprehensive decision rules of oval(including both level or perpendicular decision rules,including flat or round decision rules)as the material in the experiment 3,the type of worked example are still as above,the type of subjects:(1):the ones who only study the decision rules of oval horizontal or vertical,(2)the ones who only studied the decision rules of oval flat or round,(3)the ones who studied neither of the decision rules above.It investigates the transfer scores of the impact of the prior knowledge and the worked-example types via examples,they are both significant.And there is a significant interaction between them.The scores of worked-example group designed by “the method of explained and labeled”were better than other two kinds of example types,ordinary worked-example group did worst.The scores of the ones who only studied the decision rules of oval flat or round were better than other two kinds of subject types,the ones who studied no decision rules did worst.
