Education reform promotes quality education.Students are encouraged to actively participate in classroom teaching activities and take initiative.Student participation has become a key factor affecting academic performance and has gradually become a research hotspot.It is necessary to fully understand the influencing factors of high school mathematics classroom students’ participation and propose suggestions to promote classroom students’ participation.This paper mainly uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,classroom observation method and interview method,combined with relevant theoretical foundations,to investigate the factors affecting students’ classroom participation from two aspects of students and teachers.Based on the above work,the teaching strategies to promote students’ participation in the classroom are proposed.In order to verify the effectiveness of the strategy,15 experimental studies were conducted in Wuhai No.6 Middle School.The effectiveness of the proposed strategy was adjusted and evaluated based on the students’ classroom performance and the test results after the end of the experiment.in conclusion.The conclusions of the study are as follows: The factors affecting students’ active participation are complicated,but they are classified into three main aspects: the students’ own basic conditions,the teacher’s teaching style and the difficulty of knowledge;the students’ own foundations and conditions affect the students’ classrooms.Participation can be improved by stratified and differentiated teaching strategies;the use of modern educational technology can effectively improve students’ participation in mathematics classrooms;students’ attention will be attracted by the mathematical situation created by mathematics teachers,so creating a participation situation can effectively improve students’ classrooms.Participation;group cooperative learning,reflecting thesubjectivity of students,improving students’ classroom participation;democratic and harmonious classroom atmosphere is a necessary condition for students to participate actively in the classroom.Student participation has a significant impact on student achievement.
