Evaluation On The Effect Of Compulsory Education And Poverty Alleviation In Zigui County Hubei Province

China is in the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and poverty is a vital constraint.Education is the foundation of a century-long plan.After the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the "priority development of education",education and poverty alleviation have attracted much more attention.And the standard of guaranteed compulsory education can not be lowered,especially it is now at a critical juncture for poverty alleviation.In China,the majority of the poor live in rural areas,especially in special poverty areas such as ethnic minority areas,mountainous areas,border areas,and reservoir areas.Therefore,we must pay more attention to address education poverty in the future in these special areas.Starting from the basic situation of Zigui County,this paper uses the poverty alleviation data of Zigui in the period of precision poverty alleviation to study the effect of poverty alleviation in Zigui County,and analyzes the restrictive factors of poverty education in poverty education to study how to increase the compulsory education more effectively.Poverty alleviation efforts,improve poverty alleviation efficiency,and make useful explorations to improve the current situation of poverty alleviation in compulsory education.Based on the “Assessment Method of Rural Poverty Alleviation and Development ork in Poverty-stricken Counties in Poverty Areas(Trial Implementation)” and“Assessment Method for Effectiveness of Provincial Party Committee and Government Poverty Alleviation and Development Work”,this paper uses the data of Zigui County's precision poverty alleviation data and compulsory education to alleviate poverty,and uses the correlation and existing poverty alleviation effect evaluation index,and then the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the index.Finally,the weight of each index is calculated according to the comprehensive weighting method,and then the overall evaluation of the poverty alleviation effect of compulsory education is made.Overall,the poverty alleviation effect of compulsory education in Zigui County shows a good upward trend.The two indicators of “student education” and “teaching conditions” basically reflect the effect of compulsory education and poverty alleviation in Zigui County.From the situation of student education,the compulsory education poverty alleviation funds have increase continuously,and the policies have been continually improved.The effects of compulsory education poverty alleviation have shown a relatively stable upward trend.From the The level of investment in education conditions hascontinued to increase,and the results of the evaluation of the effects of educational conditions have shown a significant upward trend.From the perspective of personal ability and social ability,the evaluation of its effect still shows an overall upward trend.From the perspective of teacher education,although the investment in teacher education is on the rise,its effect is not obvious,and the upward trend of investment is slightly stronger than the trend of teacher education.Family education investment shows a slow upward trend,and the evaluation results of family education tend to rise slowly or even stop.According to the evaluation results of the poverty alleviation effect on compulsory education in Zigui County,the following policy recommendations are proposed: First,improve the targeting and effectiveness of compulsory education for poverty alleviation of compulsory education.Second,insist on working together with government and non-government to solve the problem.Third,improve the poverty alleviation system for compulsory education and build a protection system for compulsory education and poverty alleviation.
