Research On The Current Situation Of The Pattern Skipping Project In Some Primary Schools In Suzhou

The pattern skipping is developed and developed on the basis of the traditional skipping rope.The music is blended with music,gymnastics,strength and many other modern elements to make the sport more interesting and entertaining.In recent years,the majority of young students have been attracted by the unique charm of the pattern skipping sport,and the sport of skipping rope has been introduced to schools.The pattern skipping exercise not only enhances the students’ physical quality,but also cultivates students’ excellent ideology and morality.It also helps to cultivate students’habit of loving sports and lay the foundation for lifelong sports.In this study,the current situation of some elementary schools in Suzhou is studied.The literature data method,field investigation method and expert interview method are used to investigate the current situation of the development of pattern skipping in Suzhou Elementary School and find out the influence of the pattern skipping.Factors and propose countermeasures to provide a certain theoretical basis and practical significance for the development of the pattern skipping project.The research shows that in recent years,the development of the pattern skipping rope in the primary school in Suzhou is in its infancy,and the opening period is not long.However,the students are very motivated to participate in the pattern skipping;the types of skipping ropes are quite rich,but the form of development is relatively simple;Lack of unified teaching materials,skipping rope teaching materials need to be further standardized;physical education teachers actively participate in the training of pattern skipping skills;the importance of school leaders will affect the development of school pattern skipping rope project.The study believes that the development of the pattern skipping project in Suzhou Elementary School requires the support of school leaders;strengthen the construction of the school’s hardware facilities,provide sufficient venue and equipment resources for the pattern skipping;strengthen the construction of the teaching staff.These measures are the fundamental guarantee for the better integration of the pattern skipping movement into the primary school physical education classroom and the implementation of the sunshine sports activities.
