way."Educating new people" is an important mission of propaganda and ideological work in Colleges and universities in the new era.The so-called "educating new people" is to train the builders and successors of socialism in the new era and to educate the young people of the new era who are striving to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the new era,colleges and universities should take "cultivating people by virtue" as their fundamental task.The key to improving the quality of "cultivating people by virtue" lies in strengthening the education and management of College students.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the further development of the Party and the state has put forward higher requirements for college students in the new era.As an important position for training college students,colleges and universities bear the important mission of training qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism.College dormitory is the most important place for college students to rest and live,and it is also the place where college students directly participate in interpersonal communication.For college students living off campus,dormitory life is the first step for college students to really step into social life.It affects college students’ behavior,attitude towards life,quality of life and learning,and improvement of moral cultivation.It plays a vital role in the growth of College students.With the continuous development of our country’s political,economic,social and higher education,college students’ ideas and concepts are constantly changing,and the phenomenon of off-campus accommodation is gradually increasing.It is worth noting that although the socialization of logistics in Colleges and universities continues to advance,the active construction of hardware facilities and humanistic environment in Colleges and universities,and the improvement of students’ learning and living conditions,a considerable number of college students have never stopped leaving dormitories and choosing out-of-school accommodation,and there is an expanding trend.This part of students’ ideological and political education deserves attention.Based on the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings,the Marxist theory of human nature,the Marxist theory of communication,as well as the theory of interpersonal relations and group dynamics in sociology,this paper investigates and studies the present situation of off-campus students’ accommodation by means of questionnaires and personal interviews.This paper makes a special and precise survey of the students who live off campus,supplemented by in-depth interviews,analyses the main problems and causes of the students’ living off campus,and puts forward constructive suggestions and suggestions for the growth of the students who live off campus from three aspects: school,family,individual education and management.Through investigation,it is found that the main problems faced by students living off campus are weak sense of collective life,misplaced avoidance of knowledge and behavior in interpersonal communication,lack of patience,vulnerability to external environmental impact,excessive amplification of their own needs,and so on.These problems have become the main obstacles to ideological and political education of students living off campus.Analyzing the reasons,from the University level,it is mainly due to the inadequate educational management of off-campus accommodation,the inefficient mechanism of dormitory education management system,the lack of interpersonal communication education of off-campus accommodation students,the inadequacy of collectivism education of off-campus accommodation students;from the family level,it is mainly due to excessive attention to students’ material needs and family education.The atmosphere is not harmonious,lack of correct interpersonal relationship guidance,and disconnected from the management environment of higher education;from the individual level,students mainly do not pay attention to the overall development of themselves,lack of practical ability of interpersonal relationship,weak ability of self-management,and obvious tendency of individualism.In view of the above problems and their causes,we should integrate the efforts of school,family and self-education,optimize the accommodation education and management of College students,strengthen the system of College Physical Education Based on Ideological and political education and management,strengthen college students’ family education,create a cooperative environment of home-school education,and strengthen college students’ self-management.Science education should guide college students to develop freely and comprehensively. |
