Research On The Problem Of The Educational Punishment In The Stage Of Compulsory Education

Disciplinary education is an indispensable part of education.The existence of education and punishment is an important condition for ensuring the smooth progress of education and teaching activities.Education without punishment is an incomplete education.However,in recent years,with the promotion of "appreciation of education" and "happy education",coupled with the media's over-rendering of "teachers punishing students" cases,"educational punishment" has been difficult.Therefore,this study takes four primary and middle schools in Kunming as the research object,and discusses the situation of education disciplinary implementation in compulsory education and give some advice.This study summarizes and sorts out the literature on education disciplinary at home and abroad,and uses educational philosophy as the theoretical basis to demonstrate the necessity of education disciplinary punishment from the perspectives of rationality and education,freedom and education,democracy and education,and fair education.The research is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including the reasons for choosing the title,the value of research,the literature review,the research method,etc.The second chapter is the definition and theoretical basis of the core concept.The concept of "educational punishment" was explained and the related concepts were analyzed,and the theoretical basis of the study was presented.The third chapter is the current situation of education disciplinary issues in compulsory education,taking four primary and middle schools in Kunming as an example.The analysis of the situation and the discovery of problems;the fourth chapter is to explore the reasons behind the emergence of these problems based on the problems found;the fifth chapter is to address the problems and the reasons behind them,for the issue of "educational punishment",contact the current situation,Corresponding suggestions were given from the four levels of the state,schools,teachers,parents and society.
