Research On Supportive Policies Of Private Education Goverment In Jilin Province

In recent years,with the support of the Jilin Provincial Government to continuously strengthen the support for private education,a series of achievements have been made.However,this paper finds that the support policies of the private education support of the Jilin Provincial Government still have supportive policies that are highly targeted.Problems such as poor policy implementation and inadequate policy tools.To this end,this paper first defines the concept of private education and support policies,and elaborates the relevant theories applied in the research process,such as the education cost sharing theory and the education fair theory.The theoretical basis of the book enriches the theoretical value of this paper.Secondly,this paper expounds the development status of private education in Jilin Province,and combines the specific policies supported by the private education government of Jilin Province to investigate the effectiveness of the private education support policy of Jilin Provincial Government.Through the survey results,it can be found that the support policy of private education in Jilin Province is Targeting,effects,and tools need to be further refined.To this end,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in the support policies of private education in Jilin Province from the three levels of policy implementation,subject and implementation environment.Finally,this paper puts forward specific solutions to the problems found in the previous papers,such as improving policy targeting,enhancing the effectiveness of policy implementation,and improving the implementation of tools to support policies.This paper hoped that the research in this paper will help the Jilin Provincial Government to better support private education and thus improve the overall purpose of the province's overall educational capacity.
