Tencent sports APP widely known by audience,it is in the NBA in mainland China started from the network new media rights,because the NBA is one of the world's most popular sporting events,Tencent sports APP through the mobile Internet to offer high quality of the game content to a large audience,changed the traditional media,NBA games method,has also changed the habit of audience watching wonderful live events.In order to grasp the golden period of China's sports development,Tencent sports launched Tencent sports APP in the form of mobile APP and launched the development path of vertical sports APP.As an important layout of Tencent sports in mobile terminal,Tencent sports APP has developed rapidly in recent years,and it has gradually become the first place in the sports APP download list.Therefore,how does Tencent sports APP rise rapidly and its development mode and strategy become the focus of this paper.This paper starts with the general situation of the development of sports apps in China today,makes a simple summary of the development situation of Tencent sports APP,and summarizes the audience situation,service type and development mode of Tencent sports APP.This article USES the literature material method,case analysis,content analysis,comparative analysis and questionnaire investigation method,Tencent sports APP as the research object,mainly using the ras,rectilinear propagation mode is put forward,namely in the framework of 5 w theory,from the content,communication,marketing,profit model,it carries on the summary analysis,several aspects to analyze its mode of development present situation,characteristics and insufficiency,and puts forward some constructive Suggestions.The purpose is to help Tencent sports APP grasp the right direction when facing future opportunities and challenges through the above analysis and discussion,and bring meaningful exploration for the development and growth of China's sports apps.Tencent sports APP has gone from unknown to the top of sports APP in only a few years,and its development mode has been outlined.This paper focuses on the analysis of content mode of Tencent sports APP,communication mode,marketing mode,profit mode and future development strategy.By summarizing the development mode and strategy of Tencent sports APP,this paper not only indicates the future development direction of Tencent sports APP,but also provides the development methodology guidance for other sports apps,so as to create greater value for China'ssports industry.There are still many deficiencies in the development mode and strategy of Tencent sports APP.This paper summarizes these problems and provides relevant Suggestions and optimization measures.First,Tencent sports APP to copyright content model as the core of open,on the basis of the distance,the spread of personalized,can make good use of PGC + UGC content generation mode,strengthen the in-depth reporting the content,do more the scoop,make good use of copyright resources,to build their own content "moat",at the same time develop a short video and promote business in the field of broadcast,attaches great importance to the construction of community,enrich the connotation of the activity.Second,in terms of publicity,Tencent sports APP should make greater use of big data technology to promote and commercialize offline content and recommend its favorite content to the general audience.Third,in terms of profit model,we should strengthen the inner service of shopping malls.While relying on other shopping malls,we must constantly promote the construction of our own shopping malls to avoid some unnecessary knock-on effects.At the same time,improve the accuracy of commercial advertising,grasp the relationship between advertising and the audience,avoid investing in a large number of forms of advertising objectionable to the audience,affect the audience experience,resulting in the loss of users.
