Time management tendency has always been a hot topic in psychological research.Time management ability has become one of the abilities that people need to adapt to social needs in the new century.This paper mainly studies the three factors of family upbringing style,achievement goal and time management tendency of secondary vocational school students,to understand the current situation of time management tendency,achievement goal and family upbringing style of secondary vocational school students,and to further study the relationship between them.In this study,773 students from Yunnan Advanced Technical School were selected as the subjects.Huang Xiting's Time Management Tendency Scale,Liu Huijun's Achievement Goal Questionnaire and Yue Dongmei's Parental Rearing Style Questionnaire were used to conduct the questionnaire survey.The following conclusions were drawn:1.The average time management disposition of secondary vocational school students is lower than that of ordinary students,which is in the lower middle level.There are significant gender differences in the three dimensions of time management disposition: time value sense,time efficacy sense and time monitoring sense.Male students scored higher than female students.The total score of time management disposition of secondary vocational school students is different in grade,and the sense of time monitoring has significant difference in grade.Among the achievement goals of secondary vocational school students,mastery approach and achievement approach scored the highest.2.There is no gender difference in achievement goals of secondary vocational school students.There is a significant difference in the grade of mastering approaching goals,and grade 3 > grade 1 > grade 2.3.Most of the parenting styles of secondary vocational school students are warm.Parents are more concerned about their children,and at the same time,they give more interference to their children.4.Family rearing styles of secondary vocational school students differ significantly in children's gender,and boys scored higher in all dimensions than girls.There is no difference in children's grade,but significant difference in parents' educational level.5.The time management tendency of secondary vocational school students is positively correlated with the warmth and excessive interference of parents and fathers in family upbringing,and positively correlated with the overprotection of fathers.The severity of punishment of fathers and mothers has a positive predictive effect on the sense of time monitoring.The dimensions of mastery,mastery avoidance and achievement approaching of secondary vocational school students are positively correlated with time management tendency.Achievement avoidance goals are correlated with the sense of value and monitoring of time,but not with the sense of efficiency of time.6.The emotional warmth dimension of father and mother is positively correlated with achievement approach goal and mastery approach goal,but not with achievement avoidance and mastery avoidance.In addition to mastering the trend,the severity dimension of father's punishment is positively correlated with the other three goal dimensions;the severity dimension of mother's punishment is only positively correlated with performance avoidance,but not with the other three goal dimensions.Father and mother's excessive interference is positively correlated with achievement approach,mastery approach,achievement avoidance and mastery avoidance;father and mother's preference for subjects is positively correlated with achievement approach goal and is not correlated with other goals.The dimensions of refusal and denial of father and mother were positively correlated with achievement approaching and achievement avoidance,but not with mastery approaching and mastery avoidance.Overprotection of fathers is positively correlated with achievement approach,mastery approach,achievement avoidance and mastery of avoidance goals.7.Achievement goals play a mediating role in family upbringing style and time management tendency.Achievement goal partially mediates father's emotional warmth and time management disposition,while achievement goal completely mediates mother's emotional warmth and time management disposition.
