With the rapid development of educational information,various emerging information technologies are constantly introduced into the field of education.The use of new technologies enables teachers and education managers to acquire diversified data on education and teaching in a real-time and all-round way.In this context,the value extraction of educational data will become an inevitable trend in the development of education.The value of education data extraction must ultimately serve education itself,but the current use of education data can not give full play to the value of data.As the pioneer of educational teaching practice,teachers are usually the first producer and consumer of educational data.Therefore,it is very important for front-line teachers to fully play the role of data in education and teaching.Front-line teachers can grasp students' learning dynamics at any time by using educational data,and analyzing students and teaching resources by using data is conducive to more efficient teaching design and more effective and targeted teaching.Combined with relevant theoretical knowledge and existing research results,this study focuses on front-line teachers' use of educational data to optimize the teaching process,so as to improve teaching performance.Starting from the background of the era of big data in education,this paper explores the general process of teachers using modern information technology to obtain,analyze and use education data to improve teaching performance.With dick,Carey teaching system design model,comprehensive analysis and nie learner characteristics of thinking framework and theory of the traditional teaching design environment view to analyze the influence factors of influence teachers' teaching performance,through a structural equation model of the influence factors of factor analysis and structural optimization,according to the optimized factors summarize available education data types.Through the systematic analysis of the collection method and data processing technology of education data,the data-driven model of teacher teaching performance improvement is constructed.With the help of the existing basic conditions,this study carried out a practical research on the teaching performance of teachers driven by data.By collecting,analyzing and processing the data of learners and learning context in practical teaching,it realized the optimization of teaching design and implementation.Collected through questionnaire test in the form of students' learning style differences,as a basis for the study group group,real-time video of classroom teaching as data source of S-T analysis,analysis of information interaction in classroom teaching process,through teaching platform to collect the student's learning logs,so as to monitor the state of students' learning,through the collection and evaluation sentiment analysis found the problems existing in the teaching.
