The growth and development of middle school students is an important part of social individualization and individual socialization.As an important method of middle school students' moral education,role model education is very important to promote middle school students' good character,better socialization and individual comprehensive development.value.However,with the rapid development of social modernization process and the continuous strengthening of globalization,the diversification of interests and values,the influence of traditional model education is gradually weakening,and the phenomenon of“high investment and low output” of role education More and more serious.In response to these problems,this thesis uses the methods of literature research,comparative research,survey analysis and other methods to conduct in-depth exploration and analysis of the model education of middle school ideological and political courses.To find out some problems that exist at present,and try to put forward suggestions for the education of the model of the ideological and political course in middle school,and provide some methodological guidance for the model education of middle school ideological and political courses.This article mainly discusses in four parts:First of all,based on the research and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,the role model and model education are defined.Through reviewing the materials,the author analyzes the connotation,characteristics and theoretical basis of the model education in detail,expounds the understanding and understanding of the model and model education,and helps people to further understand the essence of the model and model education.The role model education in the article makes an accurate positioning,and provides theoretical preparation for the further research and analysis of the next secondary school ideological and political course model education.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the model education in the middle school ideological and political class.By analyzing the relevant literatures used in the ideological and political education of middle school in recent years,the author summarizessome problems in the model education,and through field investigation and analysis,finds that the current middle school ideological and political course model education has achieved some remarkable The results,but there are also some problems: First,the educational environment provided by the school is not perfect,there are phenomena such as unreasonable activity planning and formalization of educational methods;secondly,the choice of teachers is unreasonable and there are examples.The choice of type and choice method;third,students have misunderstandings in the understanding and selection of role models;Fourth,the material materials are not updated in time,the selection and application of the materials in the textbooks are inconsistent with students' understanding and noncompliance.Teaching practice content,unreasonable presentation and lack of practicality.Thirdly,in view of these problems,combined with the current social environment and the status quo of the ideological and political education in middle school,the fourth part of the article specifically analyzes the reasons for the problems in the model education: the impact of the diversity of values in the new era background,educators The role of the students has not been fully exerted,the particularity of the physical and mental development of middle school students,the problems of the family education environment and the dual influence of "idol culture".Finally,according to the reasons found in the fifth part,combined with some of today's educators' understanding of role model education and some of the author's own sentiments,and based on some theories of Marxism,Bandura and Maslow,try to propose several improvements.The methods and forward some useful suggestions for the ideological and political lesson model education in middle school.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,comparative research,investigation and political lesson should be carried out,andexpounds the theoretical basis and significance of carrying out the model education of middle school ideological and political lesson;The second part describes the current situation of model education in ideological and political classes in middle schools through investigation and analysis,and further analyzes the shortcomings and existing problems of the current model education;The third part based on some theories of Marxism,Bandura and Maslow,attempts to put forward suggestions to strengthen the effectiveness of model education in ideological and political classes in middle schools.
