On Open Strategic Model Based On Educational Big Data

The application value of big data has received more and more attention,and educational big data is the integration of big data and education.The top-level design of opening and sharing of educational big data is a prerequisite for big data to be used by society.To this end,this paper constructs an open strategic model for educational big data and establishes an index system for model evaluation.Through analysis of the open strategic model for Tianjin educational big data,we propose targeted recommendations for the opening of educational big data.This article briefly introduces the connotation of the opening of educational big data and the constituent elements of the educational big data open strategy,and analyzes the game theory of data transmission and the game relationship between elements based on the signal game model.Secondly,according to David Easton's model and system science method,an educational big data open strategic model is constructed,which includes two interacting subsystems: the environmental system and the strategic system.Thirdly,the text establishes the index system for model evaluation.It is recommended to use the expert scoring method and the fuzzy mathematics method to evaluate the model.Finally,based on the status quo of Tianjin's data open industry chain,this paper constructed the Tianjin educational big data open strategic model and model evaluation index system,and put forward specific suggestions for data opening.The innovations of this article are:(1)Apply the signal transmission game model to study the game relationship between the data open strategic subjects and the subject and the environment.(2)Apply the semantic analysis technology,data lake technology and blockchain technology to the open strategy of big data,and use it in the research of Tianjin educational big data open strategy.
