Science and technology education is a complex subject system.In recent years,while China's science and technology education has maintained the supervision and development,it has gained a lot of academic inspiration.Based on the actual investigation of the development potential and limitations of science and technology education in Tianjin,the results of the actual data are reflected.Combining the online forms of the Internet,we will innovate and design a variety of online and interdisciplinary online teachers' community models to form voluntary,practical,shared,open,cooperative and professional teacher development groups to achieve all disciplines.Participate in the online cross-discipline teacher community model where all districts arrive and all teachers work together.This article is mainly divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction part of this article.The main contents include: the question is raised,the research status of science and technology education and the teacher community at home and abroad,the innovation points that combine with education technology are found out,the research significance,the research ideas and methods are discussed.The second part is the definition of the important concept “teacher community” in this study.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of the teacher community in the study are determined,and the significance of the teacher community is studied.Then the concept of the“interdisciplinary teacher community”and the distinctive features of other communities are summarized and the concept of eradication is constructed for the following models.On the deviation.In the third part,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the actual science and technology of students and teachers in various districts and counties in Tianjin.A descriptive summary of the issues presented in Tianjin's science and technology education was made.The fourth part compares and summarizes the two model cases of the interdisciplinary teacher community created by the 12 th middle school in Wenzhou City of Zhejiang Province and the Shangtang Middle School in Yongjia County,and the online teacher community of BC campus in Canada.More inspiration from the online interdisciplinary teacher community is obtained.The fifth part is the core part of the model construction of this article.After determining the form and content of Tianjin's S&T education needs to be improved,organically integrate the online teacher community and the interdisciplinary teacher community to form an innovative online interdisciplinary teacher community and design two types of teachers that are suitable for young teachers and teachers with more mature teaching experience.Flow-type structure mode and stage-type structure mode.The sixth part is the summary and review of this study.First review the entire research process in this article and the specific content of each stage.Second,starting from this model,analyze the new opportunities brought by the model designed in this study to science and technology education and classroom teaching.Finally,summarize the deficiencies of the entire study and online Perspectives on the Development Prospect of Interdisciplinary Teachers' Community.
