This article is a qualitative study of the supervisory experience of the social work specialist(MSW)students during the summer internship.The respondents are7 senior social work students of the 2017 C social university.This article is composed of three parts: introduction,summer internship experience and conclusion.The introduction part introduces the background and significance of this research,and reviews the related research on topics such as social work supervision and social work internship supervision.Finally,the research framework is described from three aspects: concept definition,research method and research nature.The focus of this paper is on the supervisory experience of the seven interviewed interns.The second chapter describes the supervisory experience of the interviewed interns before the internship in the summer.The experience of the undergraduate supervisor includes classroom learning and practice,and the experience of supervision during the internship.The experience of the supervisorduring the research period includes extracurricular practice.Supervised experience during the internship period and supervised experience before the summer internship.In the third chapter,it describes the supervisory experience during the internship of the interviewed interns,including the orientation of the internship to the internship institution,the informal supervision experience provided by the project team director and colleagues during the internship,and the agency's employment.The professional supervision provided by the professional supervision and other three parts.In addition,a brief description of the school supervision was made.This study found that there were differences in the supervisory experience of the interviewed social work master intern during the internship,which was mainly related to the institutional arrangement of the internship unit in supervision.In addition,although the respondent has a clear description and perception of the supervisory experience during his internship,this experience has not effectively improved his willingness to work in the field of social work practice.
