Research On The Management Strategy Of China New University Think Tank Achievements

With the development of China new think tanks,university think tanks as a special kind of them,which assembled a number of researchers,academic resources,and advanced research methods,are playing a more important role.And how they manage their achievements has a great impact on the efficiency of their professional suggestions provided to the government.This research focuses on the management strategy of university think tank achievements.In the paper,the author implemented several research methods,including literature research,case analysis and interviews.After doing research,the author summarized the latest development of China university think tanks,and the achievement management strategy of them.Then the author analyzed the existing problems,and provided some optimizing methods.In the last,the author designed a simple life-cycle model of think tank achievements according to the life cycle theory.The research and model in this paper may not cover all kinds of think tanks,but it might provide useful ideas to think tank researchers.
