| In modern education,the subject status of students is constantly improving,and the word "decompression" often appears in the activities of basic education,but there are still many problems in the process of ideological and political education,taking teachers as the center and books as the center.The traditional classroom-centered teaching mode is deeply rooted.Many teachers inculcate textbook knowledge in a one-way,which makes students in the situation of passive acceptance,neglects the main position of students,and inhibits the development of students.As a result,students lose interest in the ideological and political class and increase the cognitive burden.In order to reduce the students’ stress,this paper takes the cognitive load theory as the theoretical basis,and draws lessons from the existing theories.On the basis of the research results,this paper puts forward that the cognitive load theory should be applied to the ideological and political course of senior high school in order to lighten the students’ learning burden,improve the students’ learning efficiency and change the traditional teaching mode.This paper looks up a lot of relevant materials,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the teaching practice of cognitive load theory of high school ideological and political lessons,according to the characteristics of high school ideological and political courses,literature research,questionnaire investigation,case analysis,and so on.This paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the ideological and political course in senior high school by means of observation,induction and summary,and puts forward some countermeasures to control the cognitive load in teaching.The results of the analysis show that in the teaching of ideological and political courses guided by cognitive theory,students’ psychological stress level is much lower than that of other courses,students’ understanding of the teaching materials is obviously improved,they can better grasp the important and difficult points of the teaching materials,the memory pressure of learning is also much lower than before,the interest of ideological and political courses is improved,and then the results have made great progress. |
