Teachers' training is an important method to improve teachers' integrated qualities and the instruction of high-quality teacher team.The training of elementary and secondary school is aimed to create a training environment to support teachers' lifelong tenure,improve teachers' professional development and foster the improvement of basic education in our country.With the development of `social reform and modern technology,the requirement for teachers' professional skills becomes more and more,and it's the same as the requirement for teachers' training.Teachers' training has become many scholars' concern.As an important part of teachers' professional development,teachers' training has been an indispensable part of teachers' work.Nevertheless,in the course of training,some problems do exist,which are in need of being improved and addressed.Teachers are the target of teachers' training,whose feedback is one of important signs to weigh the outcome of teachers' training.The thesis is trying to analyse the effectiveness of teachers' training in elementary and secondary school from the perspective of teachers and it's influencing factors,and figure out suggestions.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs and adult learning theory,the thesis analyzes the problems existing in the current teachers' training with the help of literature research.Then,employ questionnaires to investigate teachers from the D middle school in Kunming to figure out existing problems and its influencing factors.Analyzing the related literature,it seems that with the increasing concern,great improvements have taken place.But some problems still exist,for instance ignoring teachers' training needs,lacking for targeted contents,lacking for flexible training methods and following guidelines.Whether these problems can be solved is directly linked with the increasing effectiveness of teachers' training and accordingly affects teachers' professional development and the development of basic education in our country.Based on the literature research,thispaper puts forward hypotheses from the perspectives of training needs,training contents,training methods and evaluation systems.With the help of SPSS19.0 to analyze the data,it suggests that influencing factors mainly include: 1.teachers' individual differences:(1)whether teachers' training needs can be satisfied;(2)teachers' different learning styles;(3)teachers' initiatives.2.The design of teachers' training:(1)whether the curriculum is proper;(2)whether the training content is scientific and diverse;(3)whether the training methods are flexible;(4)whether the evaluation system is scientific;(5)whether the trainers know the teaching better in elementary and secondary school.According to the conclusion,the suggestions are made to increase the effectiveness from satisfying teachers' needs,enriching training contents,constructing the training teams,increasing teachers' professional awareness and rebuilding evaluation system.From the perspective of teachers to be trained,the thesis studies the effectiveness of teachers' training for elementary and secondary school with the literature research and questionnaire method,which is helpful to analyze the influencing factors in theory and enrich the theory on teachers' training and promote the development of teachers' professional development theory.In practice it is of value to improve the outcome of teachers' training and increase the effectiveness of the training.This paper chooses the D middle school to collect the data for the analysis,so the collection is limited.As a consequence,it may lead to the limitation to the conclusion of the study.The effectiveness of teachers' training is influenced by a lot of factors,so the conclusion of the study need more theoretical correction and practical test in different types of teachers' training.The effective management of teachers' training has not been solved in the study,and it's worth studying further how to improve the effectiveness of teachers' training with the assistance of large data.
