In sports, the object of individual attention when learning motor skills, that is,the focus of attention will have an impact on the learning effect. In view of this phenomenon, the use of attention focus for golf putting action learning and training can enable athletes to obtain better learning effects and performance for the purposes of this paper.By examining the different attentional focus, the influence of the internal and external attention focus on the golf beginner's putt score, measuring the human COP,and comparing with the skilled person's eye movement data, find the type of attention focus guidance that is beneficial to beginners' learning. The teaching of the pole puts forward corresponding rationalized teaching suggestions for reference, and provide some scientific basis for the beginners' action skill teaching in the practical field. The research methods in this paper is experimental method. The experiment selects 24 novices and 6 skilled persons as experimental subjects. The novice is divided into two attention focus groups to learn the putt action, and learn to use the putt action through the corresponding teaching requirements.Artificial simulated lawn, plantar pressure plate and eye tracker were used to test and evaluate the learning effect. Results: During the learning phase, the accuracy of the putters in both groups became better, and the scores of the external group were higher than those in the internal group. The two groups have interactions in the short-distance putter in the stress situation, and the external attention focus type is less affected by the pressure context interaction.Different attention focus types in long distance have a greater impact on the magnitude of COP changes, and less on stress situation factors.Different attention focus types are influenced by stress scenarios. In the short-range putter, the internal group has the same level of pressure in both situations. In the stress situation, the external group is lower than the non-pressure situation score in the external group;the long-distance putter internal group is in the pressure situation. There has been an increase, and the external group putt score is still lower than the no-pressure situation score. The external group is similar to the skilled group AOI when the two distances are put.The main interest areas are in the head, ball and hole position. The attention to the arms, wrists and lower limbs is similar to that of the skilled group,in the arms, wrists and holes. In the AOI region, the internal group was significantly different from the other two groups, and the difference between the external group and the skilled group was not significant.Through this study,we can draw the following conclusions:1 Golf putters beginners use external attention focus exercises to improve the scores.2 The putter skill obtained by using the internal attention focus learning has anti-stress ability and can effectively interfere with the Choking phenomenon.3 Using an external attention focus putter is one of the reasons why a skilled person gets better putt performance.
