| Since the 1980 s,countries began to reform based on curriculum standards one after another.In this context,consistency research has become a development trend.At present,in the field of consistency research,the consistency between academic performance test and curriculum standards occupies the main position,but the research on the consistency between teaching and curriculum standards rarely appears in the perspective of scholars.The curriculum standards are constantly being reformed,but the implementation of the curriculum standards has been neglected,that is,the consistency between the teaching program and the curriculum standards.In this study,the curriculum standards of physical education and fitness in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai were selected,and the ethnic traditional physical education teaching program in grades 6-9 was taken as an example.Through comparative research method,content analysis method and other methods,the modified weber consistency analysis tool and SEC consistency analysis model were combined.This paper analyzes the consistency between traditional ethnic physical education teaching plan and curriculum standard of grade 6-9 in Shanghai.Compare the consistency degree of the four aspects of goal,content,implementation and evaluation between the two.And from its kind,level,breadth,balance between the case of deeper contrast consistency.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)the overall consistency between the ethnic traditional physical education teaching program and curriculum standards of grade 6-9 in Shanghai is not high.Among teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation,the consistency between teaching contents and curriculum standards is the best,followed by the consistency between teaching implementation,teaching objectives and curriculum standards,and the consistency between teaching evaluation and curriculum standards is the worst.(2)the consistency of teaching objectives is low,but in the field of teaching objectives,the consistency of sports skills and physical ability dimensions is acceptable,but the goal of sports participation is not mentioned in the teaching plan,so the consistency of sports participation is extremely poor,and the consistency level is unacceptable.Through analysis,it is found that the learning level in the teaching plan is lower than that required by the curriculum standard,indicating that the teachers do not have a thorough grasp of the curriculum standard and do not know enough about the division of the learning level.(3)the consistency degree of integration of teaching and teaching evaluation is an acceptable level,but as a result of practical teaching in the process of teaching methods and means,and always runs through the whole teaching process and teaching evaluation,use more,but the use of teaching methods and evaluation means fewer species,according to weber consistency analysis on the type,breadth and balance of teaching,teaching evaluation and curriculum standard of consistency is not acceptable.(4)through the analysis and discussion of the data,the factors affecting the consistency between the teaching plan and the curriculum standard are summarized into three deep reasons: the influence of the curriculum standard itself,the influence of classroom teaching and the influence of the teacher’s own professional level. |
